Feb. 6 for Trillanes;Feb. 7 for Honasan

Honasan, Trillanes allowed to personally file candidacy by Ashzel Hachero in Malaya:

THE Makati regional trial court yesterday granted the separate requests of former senator Gregorio Honasan and Magdalo leader Navy Lt. (s.g.) Antonio Trillanes IV that they be allowed to leave their detention cells to personally file their certificates of candidacy for senator at the Commission on Election main office in Intramuros.

In a one-page order, Makati RTC Branch 148 Judge Oscar Pimentel allowed Honasan to leave Fort Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna from 8:30 in the morning till noon of Feb. 7 under police escorts.

Pimentel gave Trillanes, who is detained at the Marines headquarters in Fort Bonifacio, between 8:30 a.m. until noon on February 6 to file his candidacy. He will be escorted by Marine custodians.

Pimentel overruled the opposition of the Department of Justice and the PNP which cited security concerns.

Pimentel said, “The PNP has enough personnel to secure Honasan and prevent his escape of flight.”

Assistant Chief State Prosecutor Richard Anthony Fadullon said Honasan has a history of escaping.

He said Trillanes has been issuing incendiary statements.

Pimentel imposed restrictions on the two.

“They are hereby ordered to refrain from discussing the merits of their case with members of the press, avoid any form of premature campaigning and from issuing any form of seditious statements against the government,” said Pimentel.

In his petition, Honasan cited Comelec Resolution 7799 which says a candidate for a national position like the Senate must personally file his certificate of candidacy.

Daniel Gutierrez, Honasan’s lawyer, said his client will run on a platform of good governance, environmental protection and reforms in the bureaucracy.

    Transcript based on Radio reports:

It could be possible that Gloria actually has 2 groups. The 1st group is the OFFICIAL LIST that will be announced to the public. Actually, this is what I term as the basura list. Those who appear on that official list are those that Gloria knows will lose-most of w/c will be those who are w/ Lakas or aligned w/ Lakas for that matter.

However, for her political survival, we very well know that she cannot afford to be a minority in either the Senate, House & in the Local level (LGU). This is were the 2nd group comes in-the so-called, “Third Force”. The Third Force is were Gloria will field in her KAMPI candidates. To give a semblance of “credibility”, there will also be candidates whom Gloria can muscle easily as they are not loyal to anyone but themselves-it is an easier task for Gloria to handle; she does this job very well. Notice for example, the likes of Recto (he’s neither anti or pro), Pangilinan (“Mr. Noted”), to name a few.

True to form, Gloria is creating confusion. Then, she will be able to divide, and then she will conquer. Her modus operandi seems to written on the wall. Another deception act by Gloria.

Gloria is splitting the opposition again! Gloria did it in ’04, she’ll do it again. Although she is doing it in another form, it’s the same Sh… ! She is out to fool the people again! It’s best we be prepared for this demon than fall flat on our faces again !

Wasn’t Angara the pang-gulo in ’04 ? Parang he’s lurking again. He seems to be the common denominator.

    Chabeli,
Thanks for making us aware of Gloria’s evil strategy just to ensure her survival! I can’t vote anymore but I’ll see to it that my friends and relatives in the country would vote straight for the Opposition candidates! My friends and I here have started laying out ” different strategies” cum incentives just to make sure the Oppositions victory! That BRUHA from Malakanyang should be kick out…by hook or by crook!
By the way, a German foreign journalist was on a TV Reportage a few days ago about Asia. He gave the Phils. the highest rating in corruption, lawlessness and poverty among all Asian countries! He said, “Cubans under Castro are in a much better situation than the Filipinos under the so-called democtratic Phils.! In the Phils., government officials from the highest to the lowest ignore their laws, even the Constitution itself! As an example, he related the incident that happened in Iloilo city.

  4. (Ellen, Begging your indulgence – would like to post Sen Pimentel’s message:)

As a member of the opposition, I accept the challenge of Sec. Ed Ermita to recommend a qualified person to fill the last slot of Comelec Commissioner.

My recommendees who I have not consulted with are the following:
    1. Former Human Rights Commissioner Nasser Marahomsalic; 2. Dean Rufus Rodriguez; 3. Former Solicitor General Frank Chavez; 4. Prof. Edna Batacan; and 5. Atty. Wendel Avisado.

These are people trained in the law and who will not cheat for or against the administration.

There will probably be other nominees but I hope for the sake of the credibility of the Comelec and the holding of clean and honest elections, the administration would consider any of the above nominees.

  5. From a military officer Gloria Arroyo’s rewards to the officers who killed Abu Sayyaf leaders:

Promotion in rank plus money – Malacañang and Esperon turning the AFP into a bunch of bounty hunters and mercenaries. Military service a noble profession?

  6. From another officer on AFP Chief of Staff Hermogenes Esperon in a suit after the dinner tendered by Arroyo for the officers and men (in military uniform) involved in the killing of Janjalani and Abu Solaiman.

The CSAFP attending military occasions wearing “Amerikana”, not his service uniform. Wow, class!

  7. The CSAFP attending military occasions wearing “Amerikana”, not his service uniform.

    Wow, TANGA!

  8. Ellen,

Re military officer’s message: “Military service a noble profession?”

It is STILL a noble profession for many countries in the West.

It is not the military institution that is lagging in nobility BUT the scalawag military leaders specific to the Armed Forces of the Philippines TODAY!

My son is going to be joining the military academy (thank God, one in Europe) and hopefully, he will NOT be anywhere NEAR the military scalawags in the AFP.

  9. Ellen, Brig General Lim would have made a difference!

  10. Anna,

I’m refraining to say bad words, your Wow, TANGA is a letter short, the letter N after the G.

  11. Yes, Lim is worthy of respect and admiration.

  12. Anna, Esperon is just getting used to the Amerikana as he is preparing for the evil one’s appointment after he retires.

  13. I agree Ellen, Lim is definitely more worthy than the current lot of generals in the AFP.

  14. Schumey,

Spot on! But he was making bastos of an official AFP thinggy! Imagine, the chief of staff (daw) of the AFP attending an official ceremony in a civilian suit?

Bastos talaga ang put&çà§ç!çà!§ç!’na na yan!

  15. Yup, I cannot imagine the CS wearing civis in an official military function. Never have I seen a “general” like him. Like his master, pati ang AFP ay binabastos niya. Sundalong kanin pala talaga ang isang ‘to.

  16. Could you imagine General Colin Powell wearing civis when he was Chief Joint Staffs?

He would have been roasted alive!

Esperon and Gloria are two of the most BASTOS people the Philippines ever had at the helm.

  17. Once a commander of the PSG, he may still think that his duty is to protect the bogus one. Bobo talaga, ang alam ko, his duty is to God, flag and country, not to a masquerading president.

  18. Know what? Much as I am for a civilian govt, everytime I read of these scalawaggings in the AFP as per Gloria’s instructions and her oink oink husband, I start wishing for General Lim to bolt out of prison, to lead the troops and throw out Gloria and her government of MISFITS into Manila Bay.

  19. Even retired officers are proud to wear their uniforms. I suppose his heart was never into soldiering but more of a security guard. Dapat diyan, batuta ang hawak. And his line should be: “NO ID, NO ENTRY”.

  21. Ellen, I wish we could have a pic of that official AFP gathering with bastos Esperon in civis!

  22. No Anna, not the Manila Bay! They will just pollute the waters. They should be buried in a pit for toxic wastes. Lalong malalason ang ating karagatan. They’re worse than a fallout and oil spill combined.

  23. Right on Schumey! Heheh! Approve!

  24. Ellen, didn’t any of the senior officers (or even classmates of cretin Esperon) have the courage to tell him to change into a military uniform (less the stars)?

    Supot! (Borrowed from Magno).

  25. I will go for Rufus Rodriguez if he is running. This man is efficient and clean. I can vouch for it. I hope he will accept. I was going to ask for Frank Chavez, too, to be included, but he seems more effective as he is now.

  26. chi chi

I agree, Dirty Mama G and Asoperon have suceeded in turning the AFP into a bunch of bounty hunters and mercenaries. There’s the truth!

  27. The recent successes “kuno” by the military is just another pa-pogi by the administration in preparation for her Davos trip. Of course the pandak would like to smell good when she meets the bigwigs in Europe. Notice how the ASG leaders were bagged just a few days before she left? I’m sure the soldiers knew from the start where to get these bandits but were asked to just hold back until the evil one’s trip. They’ll wait again for the right time to get the JIs this time. I’m thinking closer to the elections this time around.

  28. Don’t know much military protocol, Anna, but the Unano being bastos? You bet, she is. It was why I thought I could not support this creep.

In 1991 or 1992, she came to Japan to solicit help, financial and otherwise, and demanded for a visit to the emperor even when she was here on a private visit after she met with overstaying Filipinos who were breaking Japanese laws and considered as criminals, something that the more proper Thais would not do.

The meeting apparently was not granted, but what was creepy was her claiming and announcing the lie that she was friends and classmate with Bill Clinton, who was an unknown when he was in Georgetown and to think that the Unano was not even considered a regular student there.

Talagang may tupak sa ulo! Bastos of the first degree ang hinayupak!

  29. Schumey,

The Unano is expecting Bush will congratulate her for the death of the Moslem guy who was caught literally with his pants down kasi tumatae when he was spotted by the sundalong kanin. I doubt if Bush will, especially when US spies report that the guy must have been merely framed up sabay kuwento ng tumetembong pa ang pobre nang barilin! Ngek!

  30. Yuko,

Those twins, the bogus commander in chief and her chief of staff armed forces of supots don’t even have to know military protocol completely. It’s a question of respect of the troops for their chief of supot to wear appropriate regalia in an official function.

It’s as if he was wearing a bikini in front of Japan’s emperor!

  31. Know what Yuko? I’m against torture but I think Magno was right when he said, to feed supot Esperon to ants.

  32. Anna, if you go to http://www.inquirer.net now, the picture is still there. Caption: Heroes. He and Ermita in suit.

  33. Ellen, I just accessed it – Wow! Tanga talaga!

Ermita can and should be in civis because he’s retired. He can don his amerikana anytime and can re-wear his military regalia only during official commemorations for veterans, etc.

But this supot of Esperon! The entire platoon seated around him should have poured dog shit on his head.

  34. I think I will write to this supot! And tell him that he has JUST SHAMED THE ENTIRE Philippine military by not respecting them…

I will send him a text message telling him of Supot’s katangahan.

He could have ordered Supot Esperon to change into something appropriate!

  36. Here’s a poor reproduction. I took it from the newspaper. (Inquirer is strict about reproducing photos from their site.)

    esperon-amerikana.JPG

  37. As we write, those foreign military attachés may not be saying something, coz they are polite and are not supots but they must be wondering why AFP leadership is so lax…

  38. Imagine, even when an ordinary soldier (non-officer) is indicted for murder, he still wears his uniform… but this tanga has waylaid all sense of propriety.

    Gunggong!

  39. Actually Anna, I don’t know much about military protocol and I did not see anything wrong with the photo until the officer sent me that message more than an hour ago.

Serious breach of military protocol pala yun?

  40. When Gen Lim is finally able to hang supot Esperon, he must hang him by his kasupotan from the highest lampost!

  41. Of course Ellen, “Serious breach of military protocol pala yun?”

I sympathize with the military officer who sent you the message. Tell him to resign na lang and to join the Wester mercenary outfits in Afghanistan. Even mercenaries observe protocol!

  42. I will put this in a separate post with your comments.

  43. Supot Esperon shouldn’t have been in the picture – totally inappropriate to be among your fighting officers and troops in his supot uniform – unacceptable!

Ellen, that wouldn’t have HAPPENED EVER in any of the European militaries, not even in the Swiss military.

  44. That’s why most military officers I know bring spare military uniforms in their SUVs to change. Gunggong na tamad pa!

  45. “Eto naman si Edong, naging gunggong na rin! Tumatanda ng paurong.” Because of Hot Mama!

Ah, we say, for a man to be victorious, you always find a wonderful woman, but here Hot Mama has turned Edong into a cabbage head.

  46. Anna, this supot wouldn’t last a day with the Foreign Legion. I’d give him a better part of 10 minutes.

  48. And if they see that he is supot down and supot up, baaaah! The recruiting officer will punch him!

  49. I wonder how Gen. Patton would dress him down? Even a non-military would wonder why the CS would wear civis in the presence of his troops, wala naman sila sa golf course, nasa military function sila.

  50. General Patton would have slapped him! Heheheh!

  51. Edong is a disgrace to the service. He is more of a political prostitute than a former soldier. Not a cabbage head but a cabbage patch doll.

  52. Edong used to be a nice, gentle, reasonable officer creature who had a good combat record. What happened to him? I really am flabbergasted.

  53. The toxic tiyanak got the best of him. Anything she touches turns into whimps. She is really a virus that afflicts even those with principles. The administration allies know this and that is why they refuse to run under her name. She is a bearer of disasters and pestilence.

  54. Schumey, We really must put Gloria back in Pandora’s box and to seal the lid forever. We must put a cross on top of the lid so she cannot escape!

  55. Even when Edong was a Congressman, he was alright. I mean what got into his head now that he’s much older to serve unano in doggy style!

  56. One thing I am absolutely CERTAIN of is that Trillanes, Lt PN will not commit the same bastos act that Esperon supot has just committed.

  57. chi chi

Sobrang makahawa ng kawalanghiyaan ang Dirty Mama G. And I thought before that Tandang Edong was upright!

  58. chi chi

The news that UNO is still open for him is good for me. Really, I have only very names yet on my list and that includes him. I wish UNO will give him a spot.

  59. Chabeli Chabeli

Dirty Mama G is just raping every institution she can get her hands on ! Gloria doesn’t give a f*ck if she disrespects an institution-the more bastos the better for her. Gloria’s comfort zone is in the bastos level. Kaya nga sya Dirty Mama G.

  60. chi chi

The people need a young and brilliant military representative in the senate. I suppose his experiences inside the military prison have taught him well as a human being and will make him a good bet.

  61. We need to decapitate her to make sure. That’s how you get rid of vampires ‘di ba? Drive a stake and then cut the head.

Chabeli, you’re right, she too is a aerial rapist.

  62. chi chi

    Chabeli,

I love hearing Dirty Mama G! Will someone please compose a song entitled Dirty Mama G, or poem then we’ll make it into a song.

  63. chi chi

    aerial rapist, ha!ha!ha!

    Mabagsik pa sa SARS, schumey.

  64. It should re: “serial rapist”

  65. You could say that too. Singhot lang patay ka na!

  66. Yeah, serial rapist with a penchant for doggy style!

  67. SARS coupled with Bird Flu, talagang lethal. The VIPs in Europe better watch out, she could infect them and….. Oh no! An outbreak in Europe? Please! The world should be afraid of her not Bin Laden or Kim Jung Il.

  68. Eeeeeeeeek! Schumey, don’t scare us here! Holy cow, Messieurs Amon and Schwab had better put her in a tiny container, put on an aeroplane and dropped in the Celebes Sea!

  69. chi chi

Dirty Mama G, the aerial cum serial rapist must be thrown out of the airplane pronto!, ala- Tibo Mijares who was never found! She’ll bring to Europe the most devastating plague in the history of the world.

  70. Chi naman! Pleazzzzzz! But wait, oo nga pala, she’s in Davos! Sige, contaminate na niya iyang Mr Amon and Mr Schwab na mahal niya anyway, the Swiss don’t die when bitten by a snake!

  71. Chabeli Chabeli

Hahahah, Gloria is a plague, & like w/ all plagues, avoid at all cost !

  72. chi chi

I’m all eyes and ears at CNBC covering Davos since 3 days ago, and no sight of Dirty Mama G. Mukhang surot lang siya doon!

  73. Hahahah! “Mukhang surot lang siya doon!”

Pero, she’s happy because she’s considered “Deadly surot.”

  74. Chabeli Chabeli

    Chi, Anna de brux,
Hahahah ! Walang pumansin kay Dirty Mama G, o baka naman she didn’t attend & is busy w/ her bank accounts ?

  75. chi chi

Oo nga, baka she’s not attending the sessions at all!

But she has a PhD in economics and was a great friend of US President Bill Clinton!

Luli will DIE if she reads that you are belittling her unanong surot mother.

  77. chi chi

    Anna,

Great friend daw ni Billy! heh!

Paano ba naman makakapasok si surot sa CNBC e ang nakikita ko na mga personalidad present in Davos being interviewed were the likes of Bill and Melissa Gates!

    Hahahah! Sige na, die na!

  78. Anna,

The crooks must have been told by the Unano to dress civilian because she is promoting her to higher position and want them to look unique (more like Eunuch), not supot! Bastusan na!

  79. Sorry, this should read (inaantok pa siguro ako): because she is promoting THEM to higher positionS and want them to look unique (more like Eunuch), not supot! Bastusan na!

  80. BTW, who is Edong? I thought you were referring to Edong Angara, but he was not a soldier, more like a lumberjack.

  81. chi chi

Edong here is Eduardo Ermita, Yuko.

  82. Ah, Edong ba iyan? 😛

Guys, balik ulit ako sa tulog! Been busy with overhauling of my office.

Oyasumi! Miss ko na si Taipan 88 and Emilio.

  83. parasabayan parasabayan

Wouldn’t that be incredible if Honasan and Trillanes both make it to Senate. With their representation, we should have a world class military!
The realities are grim though that we will have clean elections unless the candidates are pro-active in watching over the integrity of the election. The comelec mafia is still very much in operations. Tiyanak has money flowing like honey( her bank is the Philippine treasury)! I hope the Filipinos will take the money and all the “suhols” and vote for who they think would do the job-OF BOOTING OUT THE TIYANAK! Uso naman ang balimbingan so why not put it to good use!

  84. Mrivera Mrivera

gustong maiba nung dalawa at makilala bilang mga tangang ministro ng mukhang dagang reyna!

  85. “we should have a world class military!”

I doubt it. It already takes a generation to train just ONE segment of the military to perform some functions that a Western military does, hence it is IMPROBABLE to have a world class military even if those two become senators.

  86. To accede to world class military status, it is essential TO AT LEAST EQUAL Malaysia Defence Forces not only in terms of military hardware but in military doctrine as well.

  87. And I’m not even speaking of Singapore yet!

  88. parasabayan parasabayan

You are right Anna, we are a long way to go towards a world class military! Maybe not in our lifetime, not even in the next generation to come unless a drastic change in our governance occurs. I just got excited with having the possibility of two military men in the Senate! Probability may be nil but it can be hoped for- for both to win- particularly when they are not able to personally campaign for themselves nationally.

  89. nelbar nelbar
