A call for a clean, honest, quick, and transparent counting of the votes
We, the senatorial candidates of the Genuine Opposition, strongly denounce the numerous cases of actual and attempted eelctoral fraud,cheating, manipulation, and sabotage in relation to the senatorial elections and the ongoing counting of votes.
In particular, we vehemently object to the inclusion of the very questionable “election results” from Maguindanao in the national canvass in view of reports that these “results” were fabricated and that no actual election ccurred there. We also condemn the actual and attempted cases of vote-shaving/vote padding (dagdag-bawas) that have been carried out agfainst us and that are being medrely dismissed as “an honest mistake” or “a clerical error” without any thorough investigation.
The Filipino people have spoken loud and clear in the senatorial electiond. The voice and choicee of our people must not be frustrated. We must ensure that the official canvassing of senatorial votes reflect the true voice and will of the Filipino electorate.
We, therefore, call on the Filipino people to continue guarding their votes militantly even as we laud the teachers, the independent media, PPCRV,NMAFREL,Lente, Kontra Daya, Bantay Boto, and other election watchdogs for their dedication in making sure that the votes are counted properly and honestly and for their bravery in exposing and opposing electoral irregularities and shenanigans. This only shows that our people have learned the lessons of 2004 elections and will never again allow the powers that be to manipulate and steal their votes.
We also call on the elction officials – the COMELEC commissioners and employees, local election officers, and members of the boards of canvassers – to perform their sworn duties with courage and integrity. Do not allow dagdag-bawas operators to delay the canvassing of votes for the purposee of rigging election results. Thwart any attempt to sabotage the elctions and undermine the voters’ will. IT IS YOUR SOLEMN RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE A CLEAN, HOENST, QUICK AND TRANSPARENT COUNTING OF THE VOTES.
Finally we call on Pres. Gloria Macapgal Arroyo and her Team Unity to respect the voice of the people and to refrain from frustrating their senatorial choices.
Remember that any tampering with senatorial votes to fabricate results unacceptable to the people will most certainly re-ignite the issue of this administration’s legitimacy and bring our society to a more intense state of political crisis and instability that will adversely affect our country’s climate for economic development and business investments.

Ang pagkaalam ko, Magdalo ang nickname na registered ni Trillanes. Meaning, kahit Magdalo lang ang sinulat mo sa balota, it’s a valid vote and counted in favor of Trillanes.
But the GO Senators to call on Mrs. Arroyo that: IT IS YOUR SOLEMN RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE A CLEAN, HONEST, QUICK AND TRANSPARENT COUNTING OF THE VOTES is an exercise in futility. Lahat kabaligtaran. The recent elections is dirty, cheating in all sizes and shapes, clandestine counting (kung nagbilang pa) at pati mga batan menor de edad at dyos na maawain, pati kuting did the thumbmarks.

Point is can this bunch of crooks still feel shame? Especially the criminal calling herself “President of the Philippines,” who can still receive Communion despite her responsibility for the death of over 850 victims of military atrocities under her reign, do you think she will listen to this plea by not just the candidates of GO but the whole nation that has voted against her and her TUta to honor and respect their votes, their decision and their will? I wonder.

Funny but the AFP sipsip called “Dolorfino” is seeking for the redeployment of military troops to Manila. Why? Ano siya, masaya?
Apparently, the Pandak is getting worried about the everyday vigil at the PICC with her TUta not succeeding in dislodging Cayetano, Trillanes and Pimentel, and even perhaps Legarda, whom they are now accusing of doing the same dagdag-bawas her cheating operators did then and now.
