after avoiding queries from the media, Mike’s lawyer Atty. Santos finally responded about his part in the CA Justice controversy. First, Santos (as usual) claimed he was not feeling well so he did not answer at once. He admitted having called the PCGG Chairman Sabio but said FG Mike had nothing to do with it. Again? Does Santos think people are stupid? GSIS is a government agency together with Malacanang against Meralco. Big Fat Guy Mike is the Bitch’s spouse. Santos is Mike’s lawyer. Chairman Sabio is Justice Sabio’s brother. Even a small kid can see the connection.

I bet you that Atty. Santos will be absolved of any wrongdoing again. If he would be punished for his action, then the Evil Bitch would also be punished for calling Garcillano. It’s a closed case as far as Atty. Santos and Mike Arroyo’s involvement in CA bribery case is concerned.

  3. chi chi

According to sources and news, Jesus Santos gets half a million (P500,000.00) per month as salary from GSIS.

That’s enough reason for Santos to eat Mike Arroyo’s feces.

  4. bitchevil bitchevil

And that doesn’t even include the perks and other sources of income, legal or illegal. Santos wants us to believe that everything he does, Mike Arroyo has nothing to do with it. Ha, ha.

  5. 500,000-peso salary? Another 500,000?

When President Truman retired from office in 1952, his income was substantially a U.S. Army pension reported to have been $13,507.72 a year. Congress, noting that he was paying for his stamps and personally licking them, granted him an ‘allowance’ and, later, a retroactive pension of $25,000 per year.

When offered corporate positions at large salaries, he declined, stating, “You don’t want me. You want the office of the president, and that doesn’t belong to me. It belongs to the American people and it’s not for sale.”

Even later, on May 6, 1971, when Congress was preparing to award him the Medal of Honor on his 87th birthday, he refused to accept it, writing,

“I don’t consider that I have done anything which should be the reason for any award, Congressional or otherwise.”

We now see other past presidents, have found a new level of success in cashing in on the presidency, resulting in untold wealth. Today, many in Congress also have found a way to become quite wealthy while enjoying the fruits of their offices. Political offices are now for sale.

I think good old Harry Truman was correct when he observed, “My choice early in life was either to be a piano player in a whorehouse or a politician. And to tell the truth, there’s hardly any difference. I, for one, believe the piano player job to be much more honorable than current politicians.”

  8. chi chi

Thanks for that post, atty. It’s so admirable of Pres. Truman to say and do all those things.

  11. every judge should give true meaning to their jobs because it is the court that provides the last place of hope for all clients/ aggrieved parties. It is not only being neutral as a judge but also knowing how to conduct themselves equally matters in the case. The Sabio brothers and Santos must be disbarred for influencing the decision of the court.

By the way,for those of you who are interested to sign a petition against Pampanga Governor’s recall, please do so.You can also visit my blog and the site where you can sign is posted by Joeseg.Let’s help Gov.Panlilio.

Anong walang perang involve?!

The Sabio brothers are both lawyers and yet their judgment stinks! Their concept of right and wrong is twisted.

  16. kabute kabute

And how much does winston garcia get as head of GSIS? Here’s a great injustice. Two days ago I met this teacher friend whose been working and teaching in a SUC for 30 years. He wants to retire this year at 60 and had his retirement benefit from GSIS computed. He was amused that for 30 years public service in government and faithfully contributing to GSIS he is to receive a paltry P586,000.00 and change! ! ! To his chagrin he hears the news that garcia gets P600,000.00 a month and atty santos P500,000.00 fattening their asses in GSIS! ! ! The question is, how many are there like this teacher being dealt a great injustice by GSIS? Again I say its criminal.

  17. Toney Cuevas Toney Cuevas

If I recalled Gov. Panlilio made the news not long ago and reported that he received P500,000 for attending whore Gloria’s breakfast in Malacanang. I’m just wondering what did Panlilio did with the money, did he keep? Did he find out what the money was for or where it came from? Or just been forgotten, and no one really cares anymore? Matter not to me, just wondering what the petition for to help Panlilio.

  18. kabute kabute

And yes, wala na talagang delikadesa, matagal na. People in this government, that includes the justices have become experts in IMPROPRIETY. Years of practice under the tutelage of gloria has made them experts. They have become experts too in “splitting hairs” by their kind of reasoning. Just imaging being able to say what is “wrong is right” and “right is wrong”. And the gall to defend this truncated reasoning is unbelievable.

  19. bitchevil bitchevil

Toney, people have indeed forgotten the P500,000 brown bag. No investigation…nothing. The problem with the likes of Panlilio, Bulacan Gov. Mendoza and others who blew the whistle on Malacanang’s crimes…they were hot news at first then became cold as ice. None if not few ever pursue it…

  20. Indeed “jafake” pres. will have a terrifying lot to answer for come judgment day, for aside from herself indulging in corruption even at the expense of the poor, and I mean even the very poor as in mga pobre, isang kahig isang tuka, mga halos wala nang makain, she has managed to corrupt almost every government institution and so many public servant all because of her unsatiable hunger for more and more power. Wonder if corruptor and corrupted can sleep in peace….without the help of sleepasil!

Ang sinungaling ay kapatid ng magnanakaw.

So the marriage of Glo to Mike is incestuous.

  24. Kapinoyan Kapinoyan

The Firm is Meralco lawyer in this screaming controversy with the GSIS.

    Anyone here knows?

  25. Isagani Isagani

Again, it’s unbelievable that lawyer Jesus Santos said in his defense that he called PCGG chairman Camilo Sabio to talk to his brother, Justice Jose Sabio, as a member of the GSIS Board of Trustees. That is not part of a board member’s duties. That’s the job of GSIS President Winston Garcia and management. Don’t believe Santos when he denied that FG had anything to do with his call. As a lawyer, Santos knew that which he did was wrong. He would not have made the call to Chairman Camilo Sabio if he wasn’t asked to do so by a higher authority. Santos is known as the lying lawyer representing liars.

  29. Missy Missy

The trouble is although they are known as the “lying lawyers representing liars” they don’t get ostracized by those people around them (Fenoys). I bet, even those who dislike them, Santos and his likes, when they are faced with these Filipinos who are aware that they are liars, are cowering at namamalipit sa tuwa masulyapan lang sila nitong mga kurakot. That is the very sad story of my countrymen. Kulang sa mga pagkatao.

  30. mario n. mario n.

  31. It struck me as a very surprising move on the part of Sabio to volunteer the information that Arroyo’s lawyer called him about the GSIS-Meralco case.

Mukhang hindi na-trabaho ng husto si Sabio. They had all the time when Sabio was in Brazil. Sabio might have concluded, “If I’m going down because of this, I’ll take everybody with me”.

Let’s not forget that the GSIS-Meralco intramurals is but a small battle in the generations old Arroyo-Lopez war. Sabio gave the hint.

  32. pollyhernandez pollyhernandez

  35. atty36252 atty36252

Mas maganda actually yung tunay na sagot, about not commercializing the office of the presidency.

Tunay din yung first sentence about piano players in a whorehouse. Possibleng lumagpas ang poetic license ng email originator, pero nandoon ang substance, not taking advantage of the former office.

  36. juggernaut juggernaut

Delikadeza? We knew the answer a long time ago…she had us at “hello garci”

  37. bitchevil bitchevil

Speaking of lack of delicadeza, Manila Mayor Fred Lim is also guilty of this. Recently, Senate President Manny Villar visited Tondo. Mayor Lim went up the stage and raised Villar’s hand and proclaimed the latter as the next President of the Philippines. It was the last straw that led Erap to kick out Lim as President of PMP. Many of Lim’s supporters are slowly leaving him. Lim ‘s supporters are mostly Erap’s supporters. Lim now has no party to go. Will he join Roxas’ Liberal Party or the Administration? Let’s wait and see…
