GMA-7’s report

At bakit?

Kaya mahahalungkat lahat yan.

Who is Bolante afraid of? The notorious Pidal Mafia.

Dead men tell no tales.

  4. REMEMBER, MARLENE ESPERAT

On Oct. 6, 2006, a Cebu City Regional Trial Court convicted three men of murdering journalist Marlene Esperat.

In a verdict hailed as a victory for press freedom, the court sentenced Estanislao Bismanos, Jerry Cabayag and Randy Grecia to a maximum of 40 years of prison each.

But the masterminds of the crime remain free.

Esperat, who began her career as Ombudsman of the Department of Agriculture in Central Mindanao (DA-12) before turning to journalism to fight corruption in the agency, was shot dead in her own house on the night of Maundy Thursday in 2005. She was dining with her daughters when the gunman entered the house.

Police investigators said the gunman even greeted his target with “Good evening, Ma’am,” before firing a single shot into her face.

Esperat died instantly. She was 45.

An opinion columnist in the weekly community newspaper Midland Review, Esperat reportedly received threats to her life because of her “exposés” on corruption and other issues.

The police provided her a security escort, but at that time she had allowed him to go on vacation because it was the Lenten season.

As resident Ombudsman at DA-12, Esperat filed charges against various agriculture officials.

She filed a graft complaint against Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap, Undersecretary Jocelyn “Jocjoc” Bolante and several others in relation to alleged irregularities in a P432-million fertilizer deal in 2003.

She spent her own money to travel from Sultan Kudarat to Manila to gather evidence to back her allegations.

Esperat also filed graft charges against several ranking DA officials for the alleged smuggling of P23 million worth of chicken quarters from the United States in 2004.

She left the service because of what she described as her “disillusionment” with the government’s purported inability to fight graft.

Bolante comes from a prominent family. Obviously, he was used by the crooks. It’s now time for him to do a Lozada.

Where’s JDV? He has decided to endorse the impeachment complaint; but left for the US without signing the complaint.
Another JDV trick! This old shit has never been serious. He was a partner in crime.

  6. Bobitz Bobitz

Sana magkuwentu-an ang U.S. marshall at si Bolante habang lulipad at sana by chance humingi siya nang advice sa u.s. marshall at alam na natin ang sabihin no-on; truth, nothing but the truth, good luck my friend..

Bolante used most of the fertilizer fund for himself. Reason enough for the failed asylum.

Daniel Cowart and Paul Schlesselman were charged in a criminal complaint with making threats against a presidential candidate, illegal possession of a sawed-off shotgun and conspiracy to rob a gun dealer.

WASHINGTON (AFP) – A US court on Monday found Ted Stevens of Alaska, a Republican senator of 40 years, guilty of corruption one week before he is up for reelection in the narrowly-divided US Senate.

Stevens was found guilty of accepting gifts from a company known as VECO, an Alaska-based firm which provides oil field support, between 1999 and 2006.

He was convicted of receiving more than 250,000 dollars worth of gifts, mainly in material and labor that doubled the size of one of his homes…(This is peanut compares to the amount alleged to have been involved in Philippines cases that never even seen a day in court)

Two VECO executives pleaded guilty last year to bribing government officials, including an unnamed state senator.

When US economy is bad, her solution is war aggression. The US has so much military inventory; and she needs to turn these into dollars:

DAMASCUS – Syria accused the United States on Monday of “terrorist aggression” after a raid near its border with Iraq in which it said eight civilians were killed but Washington refused to say whether its troops were involved.

Syria says four U.S. helicopters attacked al-Sukkari farm on Sunday in the Albou Kamal area in eastern Syria and that U.S. soldiers stormed a building there. Washington blames Damascus for failing to stem the flow of al Qaeda fighters and other insurgents from crossing into Iraq.

“The Americans do it in the daylight. This means it is not a mistake, it is by blunt determination. For that we consider this criminal and terrorist aggression,” Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem told a news conference in London.

Bolante’s fear for his security is understandable. He is really in a very precarious situation, but there’s no way out for him at the moment. Is karmic justice finally catching up with him? He has nobody to blame but himself not even the evil couple in the palace. He let himself to be used, but in a way he also benefited from them.

But that was yesterday and today is the present where he has to make a decision. And the question is will he allow his former bosses to write his destiny and forever alter it or will he himself do it?

Former agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn “Jocjoc” Bolante failed to board Northwest Airlines flight 71 to Nagoya, Japan en route to Manila after he was ordered deported by the United States earlier this week.

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), however, said Bolante, wanted by the Philippine Senate for repeatedly ignoring its summons to explain his alleged involvement in the malversation of P728 million in fertilizer funds, is still in their custody. ICE did not elaborate.

….I’ve long suspected that the US government is in cahoot with our evil government on Bolante’s case.

Bolante is well coached on how to behave and what to say. For sure he won’t be left on his own by GMA and her henchmen. Maybe all appeals to him to come clean should be through his family and his conscience (if he has still one?) such as that made by Jun Lozada. But he will need sincere support from the people.

It appeared Pilipinos are once again celebrating, joyful and hoping Bolante is the one individual that will put a rope on the wh*re Gloria’s neck. I suppose, Pilipinos has something to get excited about, at least, for couple of weeks or thereabout. After eight years, we now know wh*re Gloria is no dummy when fixing things that matter the most on her stolen power, she does her best work in the dark of night, behind scene when least expected. Per wh*re Gloria rule of law, Bolante can be had for measly little amount of pesos, if we learn anything from history since the beginning of the wh*re stolen administration. We shall wait and see.

  26. bitchevil bitchevil

In a statement released to reporters a few minutes before he arrived, Bolante said he will “answer any and all accusations at the proper forum” after he undergoes a medical check up and treatment.

….Here’s the usual trick: He would be kept in a luxurious hospital protected by Malacanang’s security using the usual excuse of the VIPs that he’s under observation. Upon doctor’s advice, he should remain in the hospital and avoid any stressful activity such as being grilled in the Senate. Then, he would fly out for further medical exam in undisclosed country. This would further delay until a little before 2010 when the election fever is at its highest. Another trick would be to refuse appearing at the Senate. Take note that Bolante mentioned “proper forum”. This is the same line being used by most Malacanang criminals. Proper forum means in Court or Ombudsman the latter of which the case was already filed. Furthermore, his lawyer would argue that he has filed a request with the Supreme court to stop the Senate arrest. And under the legal process, the Senate has to wait for the SC’s decision.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! See I told you peeps this government of the evit bitch will stop at nothing but to make sure that the big fat joker like his master the fat ass pidal, will be safe. See what the sec ZUL gonzales of the dept of INjustice said to BI???make sure that the fat joker will go straight to his family, and perhaps disappears in the eyes of the public.

You peeps doesn’t get it, there’s a lot of way of getting the fat joker out of NAIA without being noticed, making sure that the public and media will not see the fat joker. Been there, did that already. How I wish I was there to see how it’s gonna be??? If you know that ins and outs of NAIA you know what I mean, hehehehehe….

But what caught my attention is the pronoucements of the 5 bishops???? GEEEZZZZZZ!!!! only now!!!! what the f*&^%$# are these so called 5 brave bishops are saying, now is the time to ACT???? whew, after 7 ong years of agony, they come to realize that corruption in the Philippines is only happening a few years back??? what are they?? IDIOTS???Hmmmmmm….. somethings fishy with hteir pronouncements. After shooting down the people’s plea for the CBCP to support the protests and impeachment against the evil bitch, now they are saying it’s alright to do it now????hmmmm…. something’s goin on.

Anyhow, I think I know how these airports police under the angel in NAIA will make the fat joke dissappear, hehehehehe…. I will not be surprised. I am not at all suprised, the public affairs office of NAIA did not give passes to the group of atty roque. HAHAHAHA…. this office can issue and WILL issue passes to the people who they want to give, HAhahahahahaha, those idiots in that pass control is alreaady laughing their hearts out.

As I said, I might know how the NAIA operates.

    This reamins to be seen.

Moments after undergoing processing at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, former agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn Bolante was whisked off by his security men to an ambulance, away from the prying eyes of media.

….DOJ’s Raul Gonzalez asked the media to witness Bolante’s arrival to erase suspicion that the government had an agenda. The media was there but were not allowed to talk to Bolante. What a shit! What’s that? Then once again, government men took him away. The only difference between Bolante and Jun Lozada is that while the government had the intention of harming him, they wouldn’t do it to Bolante due to so much media exposure both locally and internationally.

  29. bitchevil bitchevil

And Bolante arrived at a time when All Saints’ Day is near. This would give him and his Malacanang protectors in preparing their next move since the lawmakers and people are busy for the “Undas”. Bolante would be well prepared next week…and would be safe.

  30. men0k men0k

Bolante arrived! Here are some quotes from GMANEWS.TV..

“Bolante was on a wheelchair and looked haggard with noticeably more graying hairs”

“he also said that while he is willing to face the charges against him, his immediate plan is to seek treatment for his “mental and physical stress.”

Ano ba yan… Laughing-stock n lang ang mga opposition ng mga ASO ni NGITING-ASO AH!

Hanggang ganito na lang ba tayo?…

So dyokdyok has finally arrived. The biggest All Saint’s Day joke. Happy Halloween to Bolante, may his soul be visited by the ghost of the past and be taken away forever to the realm of the hungry ghost.

See, I said it before that the Senate is INUTILE!

Nagpalabas daw ng arrest warrant si Villar, for what and whom???!!!

  33. bitchevil bitchevil

Malacanang criminals often fake sickness to escape arrest and testifying. That can easily be done in cahoot with corrupt doctors. Stress is something hard to argue. If Bolante claims mental and physical stress, then it would be a long battle again. Therapy doesn’t take only one day…it takes long. Bolante is laughing inside saying: “He, he…Bye! See you again in 2010”.

  34. Diego K. Guerrero Diego K. Guerrero

Naka-wheel chair noon dumating? Style ninyo bulok!

  35. chi chi

Si dyokdyok, physically and mentally stressed daw. Huh, sana dahil ginawa siyang lady sa Am prison!

  36. bitchevil bitchevil

Bolante even if detained in the US immigration is a high profile RP government official. Of course he underwent regular medical check up in the US accorded to other inmates.
As I said, claiming poor health and faking sickness have been the common practice of VIP criminals. And he picked the right hospital, St. Luke’s. That’s where the Evil Bitch frequents.
The Bitch could drop by one day for a check up and then chat with Bolante.

  37. Diego K. Guerrero Diego K. Guerrero

Delaying tactics lang ang sakit-sakitan ni Bolante. It may take time to memorize Malacanang-fed script.

  38. Salamat sa Panginoon at meron isang Harry Roque na pursigidong pauwiin si Bolate no matter what.

Ingat lang Atty. Baka ma-Ninoy ka! Lots of prayers for your safety. May your tribe increase.

Happy belated anniversary!

  39. chi chi

What happened to Villar’s arrest order. The sargeant-at-arms did not see dyokdyok at the airport?

Enough is enough.

Taragis pati iyong matabang baboy may immunity. Pambihira talaga ang graft and corruption sa Pilipinas. Pati batas binababoy!

    3. Bolante arrived on a wheelchair.
    4. Bolante whisked away in an ambulance with the Senate men with him (seems the ambulance is waiting there already) and was sent to St. Luke’s Hospital for “hospital arrest”
    5. Senate Sgt-at-Arms talked and said that the decision to bring Bolante to St. Luke’s was Senate team’s call and it was ‘instantaneous’
    6. Bolante will stay in St. Luke’s under “Hospital Arrest”
    7. It seems that the Senate knows already what to happen and what to do, that is, to have the “hospital arrest” scenario..

Please compare these: In the US, politicians are charged and jailed for corruption amounting to only $40,000 and $200,000.
In the Philippines, politicians and officials got millions of dollars and never go to jail. Yet, much of our Philippine laws are patterned after the US.

  56. chi chi

Hahahaha!

Seriously, I don’t believe that Villar has the balls to go against the Pidal’s wishes. Villar is no different from Gloria in all aspects. Siya ang lalaking Gloria!

  57. Toney Cuevas Toney Cuevas

Maybe somebody will do Bolante in to put him out of his misery, and at the same save the taxpayers needless expenses. Bolate is nothing but an immoral liar, and a thief.

  58. rose rose

Ang cardiologist daw ni First Gentleman ang nag check kay Bolante…naisahan na naman tayo…the findings would be Bolante is in no condition to attend the Senate investigation..what a joke..and what a joker this arroyo is..

  59. Valdemar Valdemar

So far not a hair yet has fallen. If we call it detention, St Luke is a safe haven and closer to heaven.

  60. bitchevil bitchevil

A cardiologist who worked with the team that performed heart surgery on the President’s husband Jose Miguel Arroyo last year is now attending to former agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn “Joc-Joc” Bolante.

….That’s dangerous. Mike Arroyo might order his doctor to kill Bolante. Or Mike would harass and threaten Bolante through his doctor.

Pero bottom line, nakakahiya iyong makulong ka at tratuhing kriminal which he was willing to be no matter what.

Ipakulong silang lahat!

  62. Nang dumating sila sa airport…

    …si Lozada pindot ng pindot sa cellphone nya, “Mommy, kikidnapin na ako…”;

Sa totoo lang muntik akong mapasuka doon sa attempt even by the allies of the dorobo in the press na palabasing nakakaawa si Bolate kahit na sabi nga ni BE nagsasakit-sakitan lang. Mahirap na sakit kasi iyang nagsasakit-sakitan lang!

  64. bitchevil bitchevil

Bolante says he would not invoke executive privilege as long as he is confined in an executive hospital room…he, he.

    *****
Scripted na iyan for sure, Rose.

Thank God for the likes of Atty. Harry Roque and Atty. Frank Chavez. This time, let’s pray that justice will finally be served.

Point is bakit pinabayaan iyan?

  68. bitchevil bitchevil

It was not Bolante himself who asked to be taken to St. Luke’s. It was his lawyer’s idea. His lawyer could have long made arrangement with Malacanang. Take note of Bolante’s photo at the airport…he was holding his chest showing he has chest pain. Good acting!

  69. chi chi

And Villar’s Senate will treat pinoys to another cruel zarzuela grande. Ang saklap!

  70. victor victor

According to Joc-Joc he run because of personal safety. The u.s. courts didn’t believe him. Nobody and no one involved in BigTime anomalies have been in personal danger under this administration, they are all well-protected by their benefactor. So I would like to advice Bolante to stop the lying and start telling the TRUTH.

  71. bitchevil bitchevil

There’s now a report that Bolante’s suite at St. Luke’s was reserved in advance long before his arrival. That makes sense because we all know that it’s very difficult to get a room at St. Luke’s. If indeed Bolante suddenly felt pain in his chest ; he should have been brought first to an emergency room. Everything was earlier planned and scripted.

  72. rose rose

Kung may mangyari kay Bolante at siya ay matuluyan na maging bolate..di fertilizer na siya..pagnagkataon. and dapat niyang katakutan ay ang kanyang kaluluwa at baka siya ay isugba ni Satanas at very well done pa cremated…

  73. Golberg Golberg

  74. bitchevil bitchevil

    These are the questions:

    1. If he was indeed sick, why was there no nurse or any medical worker who accompanied him during his long flight?

    2. If he suddenly became sick upon arrival, why was the Suite at St. Luke’s Hospital reserved in advance? Why was there an ambulance that suddenly arrived to pick him up?

Most people were surprised to see a different Bolante in person. He has changed a lot physically. But, we should not immediately come into conclusion that he was in poor health. Two apparent things we saw in Bolante: His gray hair and loss of weight. The above can easily be explained.
Bolante could be dying his hair in the past. He had the money and kept a high profile. He had to look good. Inside the US Immigration cell, he did not dye his hair even until his deportation to Manila. Hence, his gray hair. As for his slimmer body, foods inside the jail were expected to be not as good when he was still the DA Usec. Before, he had all the chances to eat the best foods at the best restaurants that caused his overweight. Therefore, let’s not be deceived by his different physical feature.

  75. bitchevil bitchevil

By the way, Bolante was in First Class flight. When one is deported in the US, the US government pays for the plane fare and of course it’s economic class. Why was Bolante at First Class, the most expensive? Who paid for it? The US government? And why? That’s discriminating against other Filipinos who were deported. Not even just Business Class…why did it have to be First Class?

  76. syria syria

At the airport Joc-joc said,”This confirmed my belief that forces from many fronts were out to get me, either in prison or six feet under the ground”.

Guess who wants him in prison. The opposition and the masses, right?

Now, guess who wants him six feet under?

    ///////////////////////////////////////////////////

Just in case he really is sick, I wish he gets well soon …….. and well enough to ferret out the truth, throw up his beneficiaries and face the consequences.

  77. myrna myrna

who paid for bolante’s first class air travel? natural, si juan de la cruz na naman. kesehodang galing sa bulsa ng kung sino sa administrasyon ni gloria, galing din yan sa kaban ni juan, ano pa nga ba?

  78. syria syria

In a radio interview, Lacson said it will be difficult for Bolante to evade the Senate’s questions when the evidence implicating him in the fertilizer fund scam are presented.

Grill him WELL DONE Senators but don’t serve him to us. He’s yuck. Serve him to his beneficiaries instead.

  79. myrna myrna

  82. Executive privilege.

  85. ipaglaban_mo ipaglaban_mo

  90. rose rose

Joc-joc this is no joke…mahudlok ka sa kalag mo!
…folks, I would like to nominate Jocelyn Bolante for the Famas Award as the best actor of the year..hintay ka muna Jocelyn? mukhang pangalan ng babae ito..ano ba? as the best actress award ba dapat?

  91. victor victor

  92. bitchevil bitchevil

If only for delicadeza and avoid being too obvious, Bolante should get another doctor other than the one who’s also Mike Arroyo’s doctor. Once again, Mike’s hand on his case is very evident.

  93. Gabriela Gabriela

If Bolante wants to continue living in fear, let him be. He deserves such kind of life.

The people do not need him to know the truth.

  94. men0k men0k

I watched ABS-CBN TV Patrol news about Bolante.. It was shown there he was going down the stairs i the plane from First Class..

ANO BA?!!! GANITO BA TALAGA TAYO KATANGA?!!!

  95. bitchevil bitchevil

Yes menok. He was able to walk with a straight body then when he saw the media, he was suddenly placed in a wheelchair. The script was not well rehearsed.

  96. bitchevil bitchevil

Bukidnon Gov. Jose Zubiri revealed that before the 2004 elections, Department of Agriculture Region X officials visited him to inform him that DA had a P5 million allocation for him for a Foliare liquid fertilizer. They told him that if he would sign the necessary papers, they will take care of everything and give him P3 million in cash. He rejected the offer and called on all governors and congressmen who were also offered to come out and testify.

It will be recalled that Joc-joc Bolante in a letter to GMA in Feb. 2, 2004 listed 105 congressmen including Jose de Venecia, Prospero Nograles Jr. and Raul Gonzales as recipients of fertilizer funds, including six Metro Manila districts including Makati, Quezon City and Parañaque that have no rice fields. Seventy-six governors and mayors also received funds from Joc-joc. At the Senate hearings, witness Jose Barredo, one of Joc-joc’s agents for Region VI, named several congressmen, governors and mayors who converted their fertilizer allotment into cash, including one who specifically requested that the liquid fertilizer delivered to him be 50 percent water. Barredo also revealed that an incumbent governor is one of the manufacturers of the liquid fertilizer they were purchasing.
