Noy-Bi’ leads in almost 40% of Comelec count

Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay are frontrunners in the presidential and vice presidential races based on the initial official election results transmitted to the Commission on Elections.

As of 9:45 p.m. Monday, less than three hours after the 12-hour voting ended, 38.25 percent of the total votes have been sent to the Comelec.

Cesar Flores, president of Smartmatic that supplied the automated system used for the first time in Philippine elections, said the transmission of results exceeded their expectation.

“When you wake up, you will have a very clear trend on who will be the next president, vice president and senators,” he said.

“Massive vote buying in many areas in the Philippine archipelago marked the 2010 polls yesterday, and even pre-shaded ovals for Liberal Party Standard bearer Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino were discovered by voters from Angono, Rizal.”

Thank God for a pleasant and positive surprise for the speedy results,
Mabuhay for the Phil for having a new president in the person of Noynoy Aquino, the results also validated SWS and pulse Asia surveys. Actual results were almost identical with SWS and Pulse Asia surveys.
Filipinos partly redeemed themselves ! Now there is a lot of healing, reconciliation and house cleaning needed ahead…….. God Bless Us All !

Actual results were not identical with SWS and Pulse Asia. In the surveys, Erap and Villar supposedly tied at 20% according to them, but Erap got almost 30%. Sorry ha, pero there was really an intention to lower Erap’s ratings para mawalan ng bandwagon effect. And it really worked! Congrats to SWS and the elite media. You were very succesful!

Sana lang di magsisi ang mga victorious bloggers dito after 3 to 6 months.
