    Finally, the site is up. Though it experienced slowdown due to the heavy traffic due to people wanting to get the speech’s transcript yesterday, Manolo Quezon posted in Facebook the links to the transcript, with English translation.

    Weeks ago, the OP site was blocked due to malware coming from www[dot]macapagal[dot]com, today, it’s Daily Tribune’s turn. Unless you are confident you have updated antivirus and anti-spyware progs, do not visit the Tribune’s website yet.
