Hindi humihingi ang mga abogado ni Sen. Panfilo Lacson ng special treatment sa kanilang kliyente sa kanilang gustong magkaroon ng panibagong imbestigasyon sa kasong pagpatay sa public relations man na si Bubby Dacer at ang kanyang driver na si Emmanuel Corbito.
Ang hinihingi lang ni Lacson ay maayos na pagpatupad ng batas. Hindi naman lingid sa lahat kung paano at kung bakit gusto talaga ni Gloria Arroyo at ng kanyang asawang si Mike si Lacson. Sa lahat naman kasi na kritiko ni Arroyo si Lacson ang pinakadelikado dahil matinik magkahalungkat ng baho ng mag-asawang naglapastangan ng bansa ng siyam
na taon.
Siyempre hindi mapatawad ni Mike Arroyo si Lacson sa pagbulgar na alias Jose Pidal pala siya. Nabulgar na rin tuloy ang tungkol kay Vicky Toh.
Si Lacson din ang maraming naisawalat tungkol sa korapsyun sa Department of Public Works and Highways na siyang dahilan na na-blacklist ang mga kontraktor na malapit kay Mike Arroyo.
Si Lacson ang nagbulgar sa Senado ng isang insidente kung saan may isang kontraktor na pumunta sa opisina ni Arroyo sa kanilang building (LRT building) sa Makati na may bitbit na dalawang attaché case. Bondat na bondat daw ang mga attaché case ng kung anong laman.
Dahil nagkaroon ng konting aberiya ang elevator, naghagdanan ang bisita ni Arroyo. Habang umaakyat sa agdanan,bumuka ang attaché case dahil nga sa sobrang siksik. Nang bumuka, aba nagkalat ang maraming pera na siya pa lang laman ng attaché case.
Bakit naman kaya milyong-milyong cash ang dala ng bisita ni Mike Arroyo? Tinatanong pa ba yan?
Ganun din sa eskandalo ng sobra $300 million na kontrata ng pamahalaang Arroyo at ang ZTE Corporation ng China. At siyempre ang pinakamalaking krimen na ginawa nina Arroyo sa bansa: ang “Hello Garci” scandal ang pagnakaw ng boto ng taumbayan noong 2004 na eleksyun.
Si Lacson ang tumutulong sa mga witnesses na naglakas loob na lumambas para magbulgar ng mga katiwalian na sa maraming beses, ay kapag tinuntun ay umaabot sa Malacanang.
Ilang operasyun ang ginawa ng Malacanang laban kay Lacson. Maala-ala natin na nagpadala si Arroyo ng team sa Amerika para maghalungkat daw ng mga nakaw na kayamanan ni Lacson. Wala namang nakuha. Palpak na bank account number ang ni-report. Nagsayang lang ng pera ng taumbayan.
Meron pa noon yung kaso ni Ador Mawanay. At siyempre alam naman natin kung paano talagang inalagaan ng military si Rosebud para lang madiin si Lacson.
Itong kasong Dacer-Corbito, ang pinapipilit ng prosecution ay ang testimony ni dating police officer Cesar Mancao na wala naman palang direktang alam sa insidente. Si Glenn Dumlao na siyang may alam ay nagsabing walang kinalaman si Lacson sa pagpartay kay Dacer at Corbito. Sinabi rin ni Dumlao na kung ano-anong alok ang binigay ng mga galamay ni Arroyo.
Ang mga galamay naman ni Arroyo sa Department of Justice ang nagpipilit na ipatupad ang warrant of arrest. “Rule of law” ang pinaglandakan. Paano maging “rule of law” ang isang bagay na pinag-iimbento para lang pangtakip sa paglabag ng batas?
Ewan ko ba dito sa kagalang-galang na si Senator Ping Lacson. Ang dahilan ng pagtakas niya ay dahil ayaw niya sa dating Pangulo. Ngayon may bagong Pangulo na at kakampi pa niya, ano pa ang hinihintay ni Lacson?
The longer Lacson hides, the more guilty he is to the public. Those who believed in him might now reconsider their position.

We must remember that the Ombudsman is still Gloria’s hachet woman and that many in the judiciary, including in the Supreme Court were handpicked by her to protect her interest and that of her piggy husband.
I don’t think he will be able to get fair justice from these animals unless Aquino gives some kind of support for him.
As Ellen remarks, we all know why Gloria was hell bent on ensuring that he doesn’t get a fair treatment. He is the hanging damocles sword over her ugly head.
Sad thing is that nobody in the Senate supported him to the hilt just when he was closing in on the most despicable couple Pinas has known these last decade. Cayetano lost his balls in the bathroom, the other had no balls at all. Miriam was busy taking prozac. Enrile forgot his balls in Cagayan while the others were sitting there like flies on the wallpaper so poor Lacson had nobody to support him — otherwise, had they helped him, this couple would perhaps be in jail today.
Whatever anyone says, Lacson has been the only member of the Senate who was worth his weight in salt. The others? Bah! They were all worth their weight in shit.
If only one in the Senate totally supported Ping Lacson in his fight against the excesses of Gloria and Mike Arroyo, we would not have the need for the shady Tururut Commission, that is to me is only for a show.
I hope the DOJ will grant his petition for a new trail, ibasura ang kaso sa panahon ni Gloria na full of basura.
The Philippine legal system is enamored with affidavits and oral testimony. Masyado tayong madakdak. Physical evidence, the most credible type of evidence is given little weight. In fact, Nani Perez even said DNA is only corroborating, when DNA of the bones was being asked for.
The physical evidence (absence of human DNA) shows Dacer and Corbito were not killed in Cavite. They are either missing, or done in by El Tabako’s boys somewhere else. They made it appear that it was Ping, so that the impeachment of Erap would prosper.
The only connection to Ping is Mancao’s affidavit, coached by siRaulo. This affidavit was issued in the Florida prison, on a Saturday. It was notarized by one Honorary Consul, Dr. Angelo Macatangay, father of Amanda Page.
This affidavit is a change in stance, because much earlier, Mancao filed a motion in the Florida court affirming that he had no knowledge about Dacer-Corbito, and even asked for a subpoena issued to Glenn Dumlao (who was in NY), who would affirm that Mancao had no knowledge.
After the Florida District Court granted the motion for subpoena on Dumlao, Mancao suddenly had a change of heart, and admitted extraditability, and moved to dispense with the testimony of Dumlao. That is when Mancao issued the affidavit notarized by Dr. Macatangay.
A FOIA (freedom of information act) request by an investigative journalist would easily reveal whether or not Dr. Macatangay did actually visit Mancao on a Saturday, to procure the affidavit which became subject of siRaulo’s striptease revelations.
Right. Sen. Lacson is the only one if not among the very few in the Senate who has the balls. Sayang wala na si Jamby Madrigal. Isa din iyan matapang sa pagbulgar. Jamby should have not run for President and just ran for Congress. After Congress, she can run again in the Senate. Bata pa naman siya.
Lacson is coming to town…and he’s bringing his list of who’s been naughty – so Gloria and hubby better watch out… 🙂

I’ve always believed that Tabako and co. had something to do with the disappearance of Dacer and Corbito. Erap, for all his “sins” and shortcomings had at the very least a “nice” trait of being a forgiving person. Who would have thought that he has “forgiven” (kahit plastic) Chavit, the very person who stabbed at his back that caused his downfall, they met at Erap’s mother’s wake and even shook hands. But with Tabako, it’s a different story altogether. Masyadong malalim ang galit. Erap did mentioned that Tabako could have a hand in the disappearance of Dacer. Isn’t he (Tabako) who was the first to announce the disappearance thru media? That he was supposed to have a meeting with Dacer but that he was about an hour or so late and he already concluded that Dacer was missing already?
Mike, if there’s one good trait in President Estrada, it’s his forgiving personality and generosity. Malambot ang puso niyan taliwas sa kanyang tough image on screen. Madaling mabola. That’s why some of his friends took advantage of him.
But Erap is history. The next in line would be Jinggoy who’s eying the 2016 presidency. Balak din ng kompare niyang si Bong ang tumakbo sa 2016 but he would give way to Jinggoy if the later insists on running. Takot si Bong kay Jinggoy baka mabatukan. What about Jinggoy-Bong in 2016?
Simple kung dumiskarte si Tabako. His right hand man or hit man is Almonte. During GMA’s term, many of his men were appointed in GMA’s government obviously to please him in exchange for her survival. This time, halos wala na ang mga tauhan niya sa Noynoy administration. If there’s going to be coup or destabilization again, it would be Tabako’s doing again. That’s how he gets what he wants. In the past whenever there was rumor of destabilization, he usually left the country and then returned when the plan did not succeed. I’m pretty sure if we can just isolate Gloria, show her supporters that she is powerless, freeze all her assets, and put her in jail, lahat yan taob. it will send a chill through the spines of the SC, Merceditas, Joker, Lagman, etc., at bigla na lang nila ilalaglag yan…
And she must face the investigation, si Erap nga hinarap lahat dati ang lahat, hoping for a fair trial…under her watch…

GMA was very smart to have placed her people in the right places before she stepped down. Not only that, she distributed funds to all her allies kaya busog lahat ang mga aso niya. Sa anak niyang si Dato na lang, millions of pesos ang ibinigay. GMA could have learned a lesson from Tabako. Tabako also placed most of his trusted men mostly military officers before he stepped down and then lobbied to keep them under Arroyo administration. Kay President Estrada lang siya nahirapan kaya galit kay Estrada. And then now, I don’t think Tabako has that similar influence over Noynoy.
A new investigation is all that Lacson is asking for. Reasonably fair enough. After all, his case does seem anchored only on the say-so of Mancao. And what did Mancao say? That he overheard Lacson say “tapusin na si Delta”! On that alone, you put someone in jail, non-bailable?! Hey, Destroyer, may it happen to you too.
You can apply the fruit of the poisoned tree theory in Lacson’s warrant of arrest.
It’s obvious how they got Mancao to turn around and pin down Lacson. That’s poison. The warrant of arrest is poison. Toxic. That should be invalidated. A new investigation,fair and free of manipulation by the powers in Malacanang should be conducted.

Pareho tayo ng hinala. Si Tabako ang ka-meeting ni Dacer on that day. One report said, that on the way sa meeting, kausap ni Tabako si Dacer sa telepono at tinanong kung nasaan na daw sila. So knowing where they are ay alam kung saan tatambangan!

Tabako is a smooth operator. Yes, Noynoy must watch out for this old traitor. But Noynoy’s men know how to counter. DND Sec. Gazmin is as good.

Let’s separate political prosecution from criminal act. I like Ping Lacson. But if we look back at his background, he was once connected with the much feared Metrocom or MISG during the Marcos time. He was under then Col. Abadilla. Malinis magtrabaho ang mga iyan. Even the Police was fearful of the Metrocom. However, let’s give Lacson a chance to defend himself. And he can only defend himself and clear his name if he appears. Bakit pa siya nagtatago, iyan ang di natin alam.
