Gatdula and De Lima
Mancao accompanied by then NBI Director Nestor Mantaring

Hindi pa rin ako kumbinsido kay Leila, pero kumbinsido ako sa layunin ni Pnoy na habulin si Gloria and make her pay for her sins against the pinoys and Pinas.

(the inquirer reported this already — http://goo.gl/EQqn2)

I humbly disagree Ellen. I think the suggestions made here are a bit of a stretch.

Yes Gatdula (a former subordinate of Ping) assured the public Lacson’s arrest is on his agenda and that he will not hesitate arresting his former boss pero it was the courts who ruled in Lacson’s favor. Multiple layers of the court (RTC and if i’m not mistaken the CA).

Wasn’t it also clear that Gatdula was being questioned for not turning over Ohara to the BI when so ordered? Is it not as simple as that?

As for our government system, oh yes we all have witness to its inefficiency. Yung mga kapalpakan, mga simple things made more complicated. Pero let’s point the mistakes, propose ways to correct it, but please don’t put color to the hard work of government personnel. Di naman lahat may hidden agendas.

Here’s another conspiracy theory suggestion: http://goo.gl/fdtAA

I also disagree to that other way of thinking since if Gatdula – a Lacson stooge as the report suggest – is humiliated, then would it not make sense that Lacson will vote for acquittal, just to send a message to Aquino?

Or that Aquino/De Lima will wait for the trial to conclude before kicking Gatdula out?

Assuming the flow of this conspiracy theory and that Aquino wanted to win Lacson’s vote, then Gatdula would have stayed but for Aquino to approve the removal, then Gatdula would have done a grave matter for Aquino to risk a vote.

Assuming another theory that De Lima has a grudge talaga with Lacson, so kicking Gatdula out is her being J.Edgar which makes another conspiracy since it was Ochoa who signed the suspension order.

Sa dami ng theory, all of which did not make sense at this point; except to say that nagawa ngang mali si Gatdula involving the Ohara’s case to justify his removal.

If Morales reviews and finds otherwise, then maybe a second might be in order.

    @chi

Good point. It was not De Lima/DOJ who made the first case against GMA.

Maybe nga you are right (and in a similar way as suspected by Sax noon that De Lima is a Trojan Kabayo), that she has her doubts about GMA’s crimes or that we should doubt De Lima.

But it was De Lima who made it almost impossible to let GMA out, by short of saying “disobedience” to the SC TRO.

Well, tukayo #5, there’s no other official to hold Gloria from leaving the country but de Lima. If she didn’t do what she gotta do, baka nasipa na rin sya ni kuya Noy. 🙂 It was her litmus test on how far she could go to back up the prez. She was all aglow after, the result was very positive for her pwede na syang tumakbong senador, hehehe!

#1. Chi – i believe you are asking a question you already know the answer to 🙂

  8. chi chi

bayonic, I’m actually asking if it is or isn’t true. Kunwari lang wala pa akong natitsismis. 🙂

#6 sana di na sya magisip tumakbo sa senate nor does Aquino/Liberal/Roxas propose to put her in the lineup.

Nakakasuya na rin yung may one time fame ka, then senador ka na. Good people can serve the best where they are, and not necessarily on the national theater.

Don’t get me wrong, if you deserve it, i don’t mind but sometimes it takes a bigger person to say no and simply do your job that people are/maybe proud of you.

    Tsismis time ba?

There is no truth to the rumor that Niel Tupas’ pre-law course was voice culture.

  11. chi chi

Hahahaha! Who among them kaya had course in nail engineering or miracles?

Is Mancao still under the witness protection program? Sa totoo lang, hindi ko pa makuha konek why de Lima is so hot on Lacson? Did Lacson made her so uncomfortable? This is one reason why I don’t fully trust her, something is wrong with her judgement, parang bias without a substanstial reason at all. O gaya nga nyan, meron ‘lapse of judgement’ sulat pa lang yan ha.

  12. chi chi

    did make….

Also, there came about an action from DOJ almost two years after Pnoy took over.

  13. chijap chijap

@chi, i haven’t research it yet but maybe De Lima never liked “LACSON” having seen the supposedly abuses the general did when De Lima was CHR person.

    Maybe lang.

Baka din, De Lima is just playing contrabida when they are really friends. For show and tell ba, just so people won’t say this admin is favoring Ping.

Lots of possibilities but i think Gatdula still has a lot of explaining to do.

  14. MPRivera MPRivera

    chijap,

Never trusted whoever sits as CHR head or any of their members dahil sobrang bias sila kung tutuusin.

  15. chijap chijap

    @MPRivera,

I think your own statement about the CHR is one sided, thus blinding you the possibility that PING or any of the authorities may or may not have done the abuses need to be investigated.

Tupas, De Lima, Roque, I pray ipanalo niyo ang taong bayan, we need the victor.

    chijap,

I knew one who experienced being accussed by the CHR of torture, illegal detention and theft when he was merely performing his duties being the most senior and responsible among the troops whom the residents in their AOR turned over a suspected member of the CPP/NPA they caught conducting surveillance. There were evidences secured from his possession including sketches of an area and names of target personalities. Subject person turned over the suspect to the police custody for safekeeping to avoid more harm as he was almost beaten to death by the residents.

Would you believe that next day, the name of that one I knew was in the news and accused of the charges above? He was made to appear before the Inspector General at GHQ for investigation resulting into deletion of his name from the list to be promoted and worst was his chance for his much awaited combat commission never happened JUST because of that malicious accusation?

Sabihin mo sa akin, sa ngayon at mula pa noong itatag ang CHR, did they ever cried foul of any terrorist criminal acts? Like damages to properties, liquidation, extortion and others?

    Sige nga?

I agree with #19. I remember Erap (who was being ridiculed by others for his, as they say, carabao English) when he was still a senator, saying: “Pag ang mga sundalo natin ang nakakapatay ng mga rebelde, nandiyan agad ang Commission on Human Rights (CHR)para mag-imbestiga at kondenahin ang mga sundalo ng violation of human rights, pero pag ang mga sundalo ang napapatay, sabi ng CGR, It’s All Right.!”
