CEBU City–Just like any brand of shampoo, diaper, energy drink or deodorant, candidates need to be properly ‘packaged’ to become sellable to the Filipino voters. With the help of image builders, they employ various marketing strategies to convince voters they are the best brand in the market.

  1. hahaha. In Palawan, a friend said, “Vote Binay” posters have no picture. They suspect, that is to misled the voters that it’s Jojo Binay they are voting for.

  2. Yun din hinala ko. Meron din ganun sa Laguna. Kahit yung trak na may trompa mas malaki pa litrato ni Jojo Binay kesa dun sa kandidato.

    ‘yung package ng ilang kandidato natin ay katulad ng bulok na bagay na pinipilit balutin ng makinang habang iniispreyan ng pabango upang magmukhang maringal at kaaya aya sa paningin at pang-amoy ng mga botanteng madaling utuin.
