Pangilinan acts as if the opposition owes him a favor. Sino siya? I was about to forgive him for being an accomplice in thwarting the will of the people with his infamous “Noted, Noted.”

I find this really unbelievable. Why doesn’t Binay drop this mole? This changing of the name of the UNO to GO is really stupid as far as a lot many people of my group supporting UNO is concerned. They should have stuck to it if they want to go No. 1. Why is the Comelec being given the right to OK or not OK the posssession of guns when it should be the responsibility of the police, and what for do these over 20,000 Filipinos need to have guns especially during election!

The weird and batty Oliver Lozano in defense of his protegee Joselito Cayetano says that Joselito is not a kargador in a pier in Davao (City) as what Senator Lacson has charged. Lozano says that Joselito is a checker, which is supervisory in nature.
Really now…. As I understand it, a checker is one who counts and verifies if the cargo being loaded by the cargadors is of the right quantity as described in a freight bill of lading. He also checks if the cargo is in good condition. He works directly with the cargadors. It is therefore just one rung higher than a cargador.
Nice qualification for a Senatorial candidate.

Joselito Cayetano has every right to run for Senator regardless of the job, cargador or checker, matter not, he was born citizen of the Philippines, if he is, one never know anymore. The question should be asked is, if Joselito fit and has the qualification that make him qualified to be a Senator? Most importantly, in my opinion, if Joselito’s resume provided are facts or manufactured? If it’s found fabricated, Joseltio should be charged with fraud and send to prison. The way it should be in a ideal condition, but again, anything goes in the Philippines and no accountability which is the reason why this a*s Lozano does anything he pleases since he’s not answerable to anyone.
From the beginning, this Kiko “Mr. Noted” Pangilinan spelled bad news, w/c is why among the 4 from the Wednesday Group, he was not exactly liked by either side. Naawa lang seguro ang GO sa kanya. Para sa akin, good riddance nalang to him ! Baka Trojan Horse pa yan si Mr. Noted.

If we go by the basic MUST requirements to run for public office (Filipino and knows how to read and write), then Joselito Cayetano, is certainly qualified to run for Senator or even for President. A checker certainly knows how to read and write. And if he’s Filipino, then he is qualified. No argument there.
The point is the WANT requirements. This goes beyond the minimum MUSTS…does he have a sufficient level and understanding and expertise in crafting laws, sufficient level of understanding of the workings of the economy, of foreign relations, of security and peace and order, etc.
I doubt it.

“I don’t understand,” stammers the senator. “Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there’s just a wasteland full of garbage
and my friends look miserable. What happened?”

I’m looking at the Official List of Senators at http://www.bagongbotante.com/senatorial.html and no one else in that list (except maybe for Adrian Sison or Mario Ongkiko but Ongkiko has dropped out due to his health) is worth a second look. I’m having difficulty putting even Gringo in my list cuz lately he seems to be playing footsies with the Midget.
Funny, but the last time I saw the website, it had the column for “occupation” with the entries listed as they were written in the candidates’ Cert. of Candidacy. Vic Magsaysay listed his as “None”, Joselito “the Fake” Cayetano did list his as “marine engineer” while one other guy was “rock singer”.
After the site became an “Official Website of the Education and Information Department” of the Comelec, the numbering of candidates was conspicuously edited, the original one has it numbered according to the time of filing. Today’s version has Cesar Montano as candidate #55 in contrast to the previous #80.

That’s why I said, Pakyaw, unknown to many, must be a genius to have gone from 3rd grade to high school diploma qualifying for entry to 1st year college.
If that is the case – Pakyaw a genius – and DECS is on the level (did not short-circuit his educational attainment certificates), there’s no denying that Pakyaw should be VERY qualified candidate for a seat in Congress; he will be able to ram in legislations after legislations and deal with all the trivia in government circles at the same time with no trouble at all.
Unfortunately, his Brother Bobby was not lucky or genius as Manny..he failed according to DECS..siguro dahil talo siya sa last boxing match niya..

I only came to know Mr. Paredes when I saw him on TV when it was reported that he quit because of the sneaky transfer of Daniel Smith from the Makati City jail to the U.S. Embassy. It was, at least on the first few days it came out in that website. Lozano was actually the first to file, what with his usual preemptive style, ala impeachment, diba?
Today, you will find the list numbered without any logical order. This is probably to conceal the fact that Cesar Montano filed his COC beyond the prescribed period, there is no other explanation. He is now candidate #55 instead of the earlier-listed #80. They cut some names from the nuisance-class and pasted it below the list.
I also think that removing the column for occupation was deliberate because one stupid candidate from the administration (Magsaysay) listed his job as “none”. It also hid the fact that the other Cayetano did put “marine engineer” as his occupation. Comelec, who operates the website, probably thinks that by hiding these facts, the people will just forget them. And save them trouble from being dressed down by Brick-Gummed Gloria.

On Pakyaw’s “graduation”, it’s foolish, if not at all incredible, that by boxing alone, one can pass an exam that’s supposed to measure one’s aptitude and get promoted seven grades higher. My God, Pakyaw ought to be put in history as the world’s most intelligent boxer! I’d like to see the people from Guiness Book of World Records verify that!
I wouldn’t have a problem if some school did confer him a high school diploma honoris causa, but not when it’s the DECS itself destroying its credibility (or what’s left of it) in order than an administration candidate may legally apply for Congress as he has now sufficiently met the minimum requirements, which includes being a high school graduate, among them.

Golly, iyong ginagawa ng DECS na nakita kong ibinibigay kuno sa mga pilipinong walang pinag-aralan dito sa Japan ay hocus-pocus. Kabisote pa ang labas dahil kinakabisote lang ang review book!!! Nangkupo!!! Palpak talaga kahit saan!

Pati ba naman DECS ay pumayag na ring sirain ng pekeng administrasyon na ito ang kredibilidad. At malamang na binigay kay (Hinayu)Pakyaw mga sagot sa exam kaya nakapasa. Para bang yung ginawa sa Nursing Board exam. Ano ba yan, kaya tuloy naba-brand na ang mga Pinoy na mandaraya eh at baka wala ng maniwala sa mga Diploma na galing sa Pinas dahil sa kagagawan ng Bulok na Administrasyon ni Gloria! Suggestion lang, pwede bang lahat ng nasa grade 3 na mahihirap ay pakuhanin ng exam na kinuha ni (Hinayu)Pakyaw para makatipid sila ng pampaaral pag nakapasa at pwede ng mag-college.:)
Balita ko may haiskul diploma na si Manny Pacquiao. Pero may re-take din siya. Nandaya daw sa iksamen ng haiskul si Manny.

Did you see the Bobby Pakyew fight when he was disqualified for constantly punching his opponent below the belt. If his verbal objection was anything to go on as regards his and his brothers so called education grades, this Bobby Pakyew kept repeating the sentence “It was not a BLOW blow” when he meant “It was not a LOW blow” he obviously has difficulty in pronouncing the letter ‘L’.
I suppose the DECS are also willing to prostitute themselves when they are told to toe-the-line by Pakyew’s minders in the Administration.
When it comes crumbling down, which it will as sure as night follows day. All the Institutions will require urgent repair work on them just for them to comply with the Constitution and the rule of law. The bad apples in the barrel are increasing daily. We are even exporting them to represent the country at the UN, there is no shame under this administration and its supporters. Enough is Enough.
Am just thinking, who should look into this apparent scam na ito – si Pakyaw nag-graduate ng HS from grade 3. Who is going to check DECS if it has committed indiscretion? This can be a very bad precedent. Any congressman or senator there who would like to look into this?

Sagot: Tama ka. Hinabol lang ni Manny Fuckyao ang HS diploma dahil sa pulitika. Kailangan niya ng credentials para lalo siyang tanggapin ng mga tagahanga niya. Ang kalaban niya kasi si Darlene na edukada at matalino. Pero may kasabihan na ano man ang isuot mo sa isang matsing, mukhang matsing pa rin.

La Salle got served a year suspension from UAAP because they fielded a player/s who was supposed to have passed a special accreditation test to make it to College even without passing High school.
The thing was, the player actually failed the test making him ineligible for that program.
I can’t say if that program however is the bone of contention regarding Pacquiao.
