Sa pagkasangkot ni Medy Poblador sa Hello Garci scandal, tumitibay ang papel ni Gloria Arroyo hindi lamang sa pandaraya sa 2004 elections kung di na rin sa obstruction of justice o pagharang ng katotohanan at hustisya.
Sinabi ni T/sgt Vidal Doble nang dinala siya ni Bishop Socrates Villegas sa bahay mula sa San Carlos seminary sa bahay ni Chief of Staff Afren Abu, nakita niya doon kasama ng kanyang pamilya si Medy Poblador.
Sinabi rin ni Villegas sa kanyang pinadalang sulat sa Senado na ang tuamwag sa kanya para alisin sina Doble sa San Carlos seminary ay si Poblador.
Si Poblador ay nagta-trabaho sa Malacañang at may ranggong “presidential legislative liaison office in the House of representatives.”
Mukhang malapit nga itong si Poblador kay Arroyo dahil sabi nga ni Sen. Ping Lacson, dalawang tao lang raw ang gustiong makasa mi Arroyo sa kanyang kotse, si Lupita Kashiwahara, movie at TV director na kapatid ni Ninoy Aquino, at si Poblador.
Noong panahon pa ni Cory Aquino si Poblador sa Malacañang. Naging kontrbersyal din siya noon dahil nagtanan siya sa protocol officer ni Cory Aquino na si Miguel Perez-Rubio. Hiwalay na sila ngayon,
Itong mga bagong impormasyon na lumalabas sa testimony ni Doble ay nagpapatunay lamang na ang katotohanan, kahit anong harang ay lalabas.
Sabit si Gloria kaya kailangan humingi siya ng tulong kay Sabit Singson. But seriously, this Singson has been such a big help to Gloria. The two evils have been protecting one another since the beginning. Dapat sabay-sabay sila itapon sa impiyerno.

Bishops don’t lie. That’s what the CBCP and church hierarchy would say. Until this day, I’m still uncomfortable with the Pope’s infallibility. Kaya nga pati ang mga nasa ibaba mula Cardinal, Obispo hanggan sa Pari ay naniniwalang sila’y tama at hindi nagsisinungaling. What irked me was Villegas’ lame excuse that he had to attend to some church matters that’s why he could not attend the Senate hearing. But at least he wrote a letter given to Senator Nonoy Aquino for the Senate.
The problem with us is that our memories are short! Ningas kogon pati tayo. All these cases about the tiyanak and all alipores are worthy of prosecution but no one has the capacity to make sure that the villains are locked up in jail. The justice system is just working for whoever has installed them and would please whoever is in power so they can get promoted to a higher position rather quickly. The lagay system is a norm. Palakasan lahat!
I do not know if the tiyanak’s alipores will ever make it to the senate hearings. All of them can hide under the tiyanak’s EO 464 or 108 or whatever. The retirees have medical reasons. If senate is serious in solving the “Hilo Garci”, they should start putting all those who refuse to testify, in jail. This will be the best way to get their attention. The very slow pace of the hearings allows the involved to either go out of the country or schedule other urgent matters as a reason for not attending the senate hearings.
Never mind all the Garci generals and officers because tiyanak will never allow them to tell the truth. Just run after those who are no longer in active duty! But for heaven’s sake, grab them now before it is too late! Tiyanak and her alipores have an abduction team, a liquidation team and an excellent intelligence team and they get to the witnesses’families very quickly! Watch out, the motorcycle bandits are just around the corner!
ang pagkakaalam ko, and that was taught to us in our religion class..the infallibility of the pope is only on matters of faith such as in dogmas..what we should believe in regards to our faith. On other matters the pope is not infallible. Take the dogma on the Immaculate conception- we believe that the Blessed Mother since her conception was free from the original sin..in the dogma of the Assumption we believe that the Blessed went straight to heaven..these are the two dogmas that we catholics are told to believe..maybe in other religions wala nito but then many cannot accept the hierarchy of the apostolic catholic church..
Incidentally, I am not debating on this issue..this is my belief as a catholic..it is a matter of faith and what I believe..I am just stating my belief..

I don’t think so! Senate inquiry witnesses who persist in refusing to testify can be held in “Civil Contempt.” Not a contempt of court that they can be jailed but, such senate contempt is not a crime, but it results in the witness being jailed until the duration of the inquiry if they can have that witness presence in the senate inquiry, Like what they have done to SickBoy Gonzales. The purpose of the incarceration is to coerce the reluctant witness to testify. In testifying before a senate or congressional inquiry means giving up basic political principles, and the witnesses can continue to refuse to testify. There is no sure way to keep an inquiry witness from going to jail, except if the given testimony is perjury. It is the discretion of the panel inquiry if they want to charged the perjured person in court.

If I remember right, PGM said that she was appointed by God or something like that. So she is the acknowledged head of the church. The chain of command therefore includes the bishops and their relatives. So will you still wonder if church and government are separate?

ang problema rin kasi ay itong mga senador natin na nagpupumilit na buksan muli ang hilo garci scandal subalit hindi magawang gumamit ng kamay na bakal kapag binabastos ng mga timawang nasa malakanyang. dapat sana laban kung laban, hindi ‘yung takutan. para silang mga batang merong kending pinag-aagawan.
