Ayon sa Constitution, kapag nakapag-resign na ang dalawa, ang snap election ay kailangan ganapin sa loob ng 60 na araw. Magkakaroon ng caretaker at nakalagay sa Constitution ang maa-aring gumanap noon.
Ito ang pinakamapayapa na paraan para mahinto na ang salot ni Gloria Arroyo. Kapag hindi siya mapatalsik ngayon, hindi na yan bababa hanggang kailan man.

May mga napansin ako nang dumaan kami papaikot ng Dapitan papuntang Tuazon Street.
Mga 50-60 metro muna ang layo ko sa imahe ng Santo Rosaryo bago ako nakalapit at ang hirap talaga.
Nang nasa Tuazon Street na ako, napansin ko na ang mga street sign duon ay TUA na lang, at may bura ang mga letra, Hindi lang ito isa kundi marami pa.
Sa tuwing humihinto ang carriage ng imahe ng La Naval, napapansin ko rin habang lumilinga ako ng kaliwa’t kanan, eksakto sa nababasa ko sa mga wall ang graffiti at duon nga humihinto. Hind naman ito tumitigil sa mga lundo na kawad ng mga kuryente dahil may nauunang mga taga hawi ng nasabing mga kable.
Noong nakaikot na kami ng Quezon Ave., malapit sa bungad ng gate ng Sto. Domingo Church. Nandun rin ang nakapaikot na mga MP sa karuwahe at nakakapit bisig pa dahil proteksyon nga na ipapasok na uli ang La Naval sa compound ng simbahan ng Santo Domingo.
Masaya at fulfilling dahil ito ang kauna-unahang pagpuprusisyon ko sa nasabing simbahan – at centennial pa.
Nauna pa dito, natanaw ko ang Angelicum na eskwelahan na pinanggalingan ni Trillanes. Sabi ko sa kasama ko “Dyan school nanggaling si Trillanes,oh” (sabay nguso, …para akong comic character na Calvin & Hobbes, smile)
Ang nakakainis lang nito, matapos umikot ang prusisyon at papasok na sa compound ang Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, itong mga MP na magkakakapit bisig, sumisigaw pa ng “hwag kayong magtulakan, hwag kayong magtulakan”.
Eh samantalang wala naman mga crowds na nakadikit sa kanila at isang metro na ang layo ng mga tao sa mga nakakapit bisig.
Sabi tuloy ng kasama ko, wala naman nagtutulakan ah? sila sila na nga ang magkakadikit?
Naalala ko tuloy noong H.S. ako, nag-Medic ako at ayaw kong mag-MP.

This is in the midst of news of corruption and millions of bribes going on in the government and in different sectors of society. HIndi lamang gobyerno ang may responsibilidad na i-uplift ang kalagayan ng bawat mamamayan kundi pati na rin ng iba’t-ibang sektor tulad ng simbahan, eskwelahan, pamayanan o ang lokal na komunidad, media, at siyempre ang pamilya. For an 11-year old child to commit suicide due to proverty means that the government and society IS A FAILURE!!!
Naaalala ko nuong childhood days ko, hindi ko iniisip ang mga responsibilidad kung may pagkain sa hapag kainan dahil ang mga magulang ang may responisbilidad dito. Ang aking inaalala ay ang aking pag-aaral. Ngunit sa todong kahirapan ngayon ay napakaraming bata ang wala sa eskwelahan at nasa child-labor. Naiisip na nila at minsana ay napapasan na rin sa kanila ang responsibilidad kung paano bubuhayin ang pamilya. Bulag ang gobyerno at lipunan sa nangyayaring at tunay na nararanasan ng mamamayan. Ang statistics ng ekonomiya ni Gloria ay walang kahulugan.
