Magdalo Kitchen

There is now a Magdalo restaurant.

It’s on A. Luna st. in Pasay City. I’m not sure now if it’s 2175 A. Luna.

From Buendia (coming from Roxas Blvd.) , it’s the street right before PAGCOR. It’s on the right. From the corner of Buendia and A. Luna, the sign of Magdalo can be seen.

Magdalo Kitchen is owned by Jeane Monteverde.

Last Dec. 17, the office of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV, held its Christmas party at the Magdalo Kitchen.
It was fun. Here are a few pictures:

sigurado ako, laging under surveillance ang magdalo kitchen na ito.

ewan lang kung puwedeng kumain ng libre ang mga pulis kotong na mapapadaan kapag galing sa hapi hapi at nagutom mula sa magdamagang mamam, o kaya ay maki-kape.

Ellen, what is the specialty of the house? It would be nice if they cook the menu in the Magdalo cookbook. May bulalo ba?

Invite ba si president sa opening? Puwede kaya ang cabinet meeting sa lugar?

Very appropriate and meaningful restaurant name like:

1- Rest. for the MAGigiting na SunDALO
2- Daluhan ng mga masa’t sundalo

  5. “Pulutan” cookbooks by Magdalo officers Elmer Cruz and Emerson Rosales are available in the restaurant.

May I suggest for them also to sell a civilian special steel toed throwing shoe aeronomically designed for long distance and accuracy? It’s accuracy will be enhanced by liar-guided technology para direct hit agad sa mukha every time mag-speech yong GMA na yon. 🙂

I think tama si MPrivera, sigurado under surveillance yan. They will make a profile on every customer siguro. But I don’t care, I will still try to eat at that Magdalo restaurant and it’s my own little way to show my support…

  12. Sana may punching bag na may litrato ni alam niyo na.

  13. Tongue, yes,the street is narrow. It’s a two-way street. Jeane said pwede raw mag-park sa Cartimar. The restaurant is near Cartimar.

  14. Jeane Monteverde, the owner is the sister in law of Mother Lily Monteverde’s husband.

I think there should be food and drink discounts for members of this blog. Better start printing Ellenville cards for all the active members.

It is a pity that the location does not have adequate parking space. But with all those mercenary agents of the GMA puppet of the Americans and the Chinese roaming around, who needs a car to park there? One can use creativity to minimize the capability of the enemy to gather information. Anyway, let the GMA mercenaries gather as much info on those among us who only want to enjoy the food so us to have them waste their resources on us. By just being there, we have already contributed in wasting their energies and time.

The street along where the place is located, what a very fitting name! A. Luna, the name of our legendary hero and the greatest Filipino general of his time- General Antonio Luna. Why not sell the book “The Rise and Fall of Antonio Luna,” by Vivencio R. Jose of Solar Books, 1991.? Those among us who read about the hero will make us realize that we Filipinos are indeed a race with substance.

Ellen, I was there last December 17 for a meeting with “real men and women”, the place can give you the feeling of being somehow patriotic and righteous, although one of those who attended the meeting, nininerbiyos at tingin ng tingin sa may gate at baka daw bigla kaming ratratin ng mga aso ni Goyang. he he he

  25. Hi, Mac S, talaga? kayo ba yung doon banda malapit sa entrance? Sana nagkita tayo.
