Who is State Prosecutor Kimpo in the scheme of things?
I have read the son’s letter to the Philippine Star. Good literary work, but then, of course, a son is a son devoted to clean up his father’s mess to save even just the same name he carries.
I would rather he tells his father to prove his accusers wrong. Otherwise, he does not convince me that his father is the only honest man there in the DOJ. Kung baga sa sakit, if there is an epidemic and his father is within the area of contamination, he is considered also a possible victim and/or carrier of the disease and needs to be isolated for further test, investigation and scrutiny.
It is actually that simple. No need for any washing of hands like what Pilate did when the Jews crucified Christ.
Time to kick out the sick deputy of Gloria Mandarambong at the DOJ. Sibakin na, ngayon na!

Much as I love to see all of the culprits to go behind the bars, but what caught my attention is the order of the evil bitch, instructing the DOJ prosecution (all of them) team to go on leave. But what surprises me is why the fuck did the evil bitch ask the INjustice secretary to also take a leave of absence, who he admitted that he talk to one of the family of the so called “alabang boys”. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS???

Hindi lahat ng prosecutor ay dishonest, but the fact that they serve or in the employ of this fake and evil government of Gloria and under Goonzales pa, who’s one of the architects of the original sin, sorry na lang kayo. Perhaps, the honest ones should go out in the open and make bulgar to the public about DOJ’s illegal transactions. Gusto rin namin kayong makilala, kung meron nga.
Not all prosecutors and government officials are dishonest and corrupt; but they look the other way. Let’s take this DOJ state prosecutor Resado for example. He showed quite a conviction in his testimony. He knew what happened and even witnessed the bribery; but he was only following order from his superiors. What these guys should do is to tell the truth like what Jun Lozada did. But then…what happened to Jun Lozada?
I can understand his side..but can he tell his father to tell the truth on the what he knows about the system at DOJ? Just tell the truth..at doon malalaman natin kung malinis siya o hindi..kung tatahimik siya then pinatatakpan niya ang mga kasamhan niya..and I don’t blame him either he works there..king dapat siya magresign siya and get out from the system..
The young Kimpo his speaking only for his father and granting for the sake of argument that his testimonies to his father dignity is true it is at the same time admitting that those other Prosecutors, even below his father’s positions, (his dad, i believe is the senior among them) who are having a higher standard of living than them, driving a more luxurious cars than them and living in better houses than them are into the “deals”…and so be it.

Kimpo Jr.’s story is a sorry one. Sad to say they have fallen victim to the corrosive and destructive touch of GMA-Gonzales cabal at the DOJ. They are getting burned. That’s what people get when they are close to evil. Prosecutor Kimpo Sr. may be an honest one, but he has wittingly or unwittingly condone the going-ons at the DOJ, hence he should willingly accept the onus they are getting. What the DOJ has done and is doing in its “kalakaran” is doing more harm than good. It is not far fetch that a lot of criminals are roaming the streets and neighborhood because the DOJ has been remiss and dishonest in its work. GMA’s corrupted ways has rubbed off the DOJ with Gonzales at its helm. What sorry state the DOJ is in (with its honest and dishonest prosecutors included) is their own doing. To Kimpo Jr., ask your Pa to fight corruption within the DOJ if he were really honest as you claim. We the ordinary citizen are hurting more than you.
Solicitor General Frank Chavez was interviewed in the ABS-CBN News TV at ito ang ilan sa mga sinabi niya:
1- maraming milagrong nangyayari sa DOJ
2- hindi lahat ay nasusuhulan
3- maraming kasong isinampa sa husgado na di dapat isinasampa at maraming dapat isampa na dini-dismiss
4- alam naming mga abogado na kung sino-sino ang mga gumagawa (bribery) diyan
Masyado rin daw maraming rekados ang hinahanap ng mga prosecutors para madis-miss ang kaso na hindi na nila sakop. Trabaho na daw dapat ng attorney at judge ang mga rekados na ito at ang korte ang siyang magdidis-miss ng kao kung kinakailangan.

MPR, you are right. I must have been carried carried away by the trustworthiness of the incorruptible PDEA agents who came from and who are still active in the military. I have the notion that the moral support of the military on the PDEA agents may have, in a way, influenced Malacanang to side with them instead of the DOJ from their conflict. Due to GMA’s evil intention for term extension, she finds it more advantageous to show that she sides with PDEA.
If she sides with DOJ, the military will be hurt. Of course she doesn’t want and need this to happen, especially during this critical period. She doesn’t want her baby to cry. She badly needs her baby should there be an election or not.

Hindi sibilyan ang PDEA. Government agency din iyan gaya ng DEA namin sa Japan o kahit na iyong nasa Tate. In fact, may DEA rep from the US sa Japan na ang alam ko nasa US Embassy naka-detalya at nakiki-coordinate sa DEA namin dito. Same arrangement din yata sa Pilipinas para sa pagkokontrol ng drug trafficking kung saan-saan. Ang problema nga sa Pilipinas sa pagkakaalam ko may mga protector pa ang mga drug traffickers doon sa PDEA lalo na iyong mga nasa probinsiya gaya noong mga nadakip na agents sa Bacolod na bayan ni Mike Pidal.
Dito sa Japan, ang DEA ay sakop ng Ministry of Health namin dahil kasi droga ang kino-kontrol. Kaya nag-i-imbestiga din sila ng mga kaso ng drug trafficking na parang mga pulis lalo na iyong mga inaangkat (smuggle) sa koreo. Ang mga warrants natural issued by the court, tapos ang nagsasampa ng kaso sa korte para mahusgahan ay ang prosecutor (taga-usig).
Apparently, sa Pilipinas, mukhang pati iyong mga prosecutor ay hindi naiintindihan kung ano ang function nila gaya nitong mga involved sa Alabang Boys. Sila dapat ang nag-uusig sa mga kriminal at hindi nila trabaho iyong ipagtanggol pa ang mga dapat na ipinaaaresto nila. Hindi sila dapat nakikikutsaba doon sa abogago ng mga kriminal/gangster na Alabang Boys. Dapat nakiki-coordinate sila doon sa mga imbestigador ng PDEA and/or police. Bobo talaga sa totoo lang!
Para sa mga bobo na gusto pa raw paingles-ingles di naman pala naiintindihan, ito ang ibig sabihin (meaning) ng mga titulo daw nila:
lawyer/solicitor/counselor for the defense—tagapagtanggol
prosecutor/fiscal—taga-usig (para mag-usig sa mga kriminal)
judge of the court—hukom ng korte o hukuman
police—pulis para mag-aresto at mag-imbestiga ng

Iyong imbestigasyon ng ginawa ng mga drug traffickers, trabaho iyan ng mga pulis at hindi iyan trabaho ng mga tongressmen lalo na kung may mga parokyano pa sa kanila iyong mga drug traffickers. The prosecutors in the Philippine setting have a dual role. They investigate complaints and they prosecute cases in court. When they investigate complaints, they act like a judge. They determine if there is sufficient evidence to file the complaint in court. They have to be impartial. They have to be neutral. Both the complainant and the respondent have the right to due process: the right to be heard by a neutral and impartial investigating prosecutor.
Once the case is filed in court,the prosecutor becomes the lawyer for the People. The complainant is merely his witness. It is only at this state that the prosecutor can tell the complainant what evidence is needed to secure a conviction.
We used to live in Galas, QC, in my boyhood (huwag niyo nang tanungin kailan). It is not a plush neighborhood, in fact a working man’s neighborhood. The lifestyle check proves the son’s assertions.

As long as DOJ denies and refuses to admit the fixers roaming around the office, everyone there without exception is guilty; at least as accessories to the crimes. They certainly know who Atty. Alex Tan and one Mike Muslim are.
After the DOJ prosecutors were ordered to go on leave by the Evil Bitch and complied by Raul Goonzalez, the latter argued that the PDEA officials must also go one leave. This old shit
never gives up. Instead of going on leave or resign himself, he wants PDEA to be punished too.

Been to his son’s blog twice and must say that if what the son says is true, they don’t even own the house where they live is pretty simpatico but again, Kimpo must come clean if he really wants to protect his “integrity.”

I can understand the son’s defense of his father, but c’mon, he shouldn’t be that naive, he knows for a fact that there is a strong possibility that money could have, indeed, changed hands. He himself hinted, in his letter to Jarius Bondoc, that “Yes, people, there are honest prosecutors in the Philippines.” As if honesty was a rare gem, which of course, it actually is, set against the backdrop of the whole bureaucracy in general. Which only connotes that the DOJ is indeed a corrupt organization. Just like the rest of Gloria’s government. I will give Kimpo the benefit of the doubt for now, he may indeed be a pearl amidst all the swine.
As for the others’ “low morale”, because they have been wrongly accused, they say? Of course they’ll have low morale. Who wouldn’t, after the opportunity to feed their long history of insatiable greed has been “moderated” or worse, the possibility of losing it altogether has become stronger?
If Kimpo recommended the resolution to Zuno for approval without knowing the ‘dots’, what would it make of him?
It’s an Old Boys Club mentality that’s prevalent in this case. Listen to the lawyers rantings on TV, they seem to protect their own kind. I saw Atty. Sal Panelo and the lawyer from the CHR, they are siding with the DOJ in this case. Ditto Atty. Verano’s interview on Mo Twister’s show on ANC. Also check the blogs, the fora, they speak the same thing. Suddenly, the pushers’ rights are more important than those of the victims! Is it because pushers generally can afford to pay fat sums for their legal defense far more than the ordinary schmoe can? I just hope not.

The Young Kimpo in his blog entry confirmed that the family was not unaware of the “goings on” in his Father’s Agency. He did mention that their lifestyle is different than most of the other prosecutors, then why his father not doing anything about the “ongoings”? It is just like the famous statement that if a few good men would just sit and let go the wrongdoings around, they, the good men in fact by omission can no longer claim to be such, somehow they are part of the problem.
