Mike Arroyo was discharged from St Luke’s hospital Wednesday before Arroyo left for Vietnam after a two-week confinement for a recurring heart ailment. He went back to the hospital for cardio rehab this morning at 11 a.m. Malacañang officials said Mike Arroyo is back in the Palace.

Malacañang officials declined to give more info on the sudden change of plans by Arroyo. Presidential Spokesman Gary Olivar confirmed Arroyo’s abbreviated Asean attendance “but I don’t know why,” he said.
Trade Secretary Jesli Lapus will represent Arroyo in other Asean events tomorrow, Icban said.
It is not known if she will push through with her trip to the United States on April 12 and 13 for the Nuclear Security Summit, and in Spain on April 15 and 6, where she will be accorded the Premio Internacional Don Quijote de la Mancha award for promoting Spanish language and culture in the Philippines.

GLORIA M. ARROYO facts (and factoids):
1) Gloria says the presidency is not a popularity contest. Rather, it is all about
good governance. She is not popular and is a certified mediocre and incom-
petent clown. Who the hell is she talking about ?
2) Gloria stands accused of stealing, cheating, lying, coddling criminals, kid-
napping known political enemies, spending $20G’s on dinners, not going to
church on Sundays, etc. This is not fair for her. Not all of these are true.

3) Gloria was never one to admit her crimes against the Filipinos. They are mere
“lapses in judgement”, so why bother ?
4) The leading causes of death in the Philippines are, a) cancer, b) heart disease,

5) It is often said that “crime does not pay”. Gloria says, “in your dreams”.
6) Honesty is the best policy. “Speak for yourselves”, says Gloria.
7) The Armed Forces of the Philippines claims they are apolitical. True !! They are
a political tool used by Gloria as deterrent to crush all those who oppose her.
8) Gloria Arroyo doesn’t play GOD. Playing make-believe is only for children.
9) Gloria once said that God talked to her into running and becoming the presi-
dent of the Philippines. GOD is known to be the TRUTH and the way. If He
lied to Gloria, then that would have been the first time that HE ever did.
10) Gloria went to church as usual for confession. She forgave the priest for
his sins but warned he will not receive his pork barrel if he erred again.
11) When we say “everybody commits mistakes”, Gloria Arroyo takes it as a
personal insult.
12) Gloria Arroyo is not bothered at all should there be any amendments to the
current constitution. All she has to do is to violate any and all provisions to
her liking and the constitution gets amended automatically and judged as
legal (ask HILARIO DAVIDE).
13) The Legislative, Executive, and Judiciary are co-equal branches of our govern-
ment. Not to Gloria, it isn’t.
14) On her behest, Gloria’s henchmen were always “no shows” in direct contempt
to senate inquiries into alleged irregularities. Gloria says her blanket immunity
covers them all and extends even to their pets and nannies.
15) Gloria wanted to star as SNOW WHITE in a school play. Her teacher gave her
the part of DOPEY instead.
16) Leaders of other nations can only look forward to meeting with Barack
Obama. Impatient Gloria Arroyo will invite herself to the White House even
if she brings along Big Mike strapped on a gurney, and then present her vision
(or hallucinations) of a first-world Philippines in 20 years.
17) Gloria says Barack Obama is a racist. She alleges that while she looks up to
him, President Obama looks down on her.
18) Gloria claims she personally knew BILL CLINTON when they were both

23) It is so frustrating to initiate any impeachment move against Gloria. Prospero

her “excellency”. It’s a hard thing to swallow having to use such adjectives
that are oxymorons to the shit-heads referred to.

mascot of their class.
27) Gloria Arroyo is ROBIN HOOD with a twist. She steals from the poor and gives
them to the rich.
