So, what are the sanctions on these absentee reps? At the very least, they should have salary deductions for their non-attendance.

Napaka-social naman ni Iggy, yung hip operation is in Europe pa. Tama ba yun? Why not St Luke’s? Magagaling naman ang mga doctors natin ah.

Pacman, may also be a topnotch absentee but at least he is putting his time towards winning a world title for the country and making money for himself and his constituents. I heard good things about his projects. Action speaks louder than words.

It will be difficult to catch the biggest thieves if they are in countries who may be very happy to have them coz of financial considerations.

  5. Kahit papaano, may masasabi na at on the record na nanguna rin si Mikey Arroyo sa kanyang pagiging kinatawan. Sa pag-absent nga lamang.

Like I always say, today’s present members of the Philippine lower house of congress are (almost)all incompetent fools, spoiled brats, fucking idiots, and should aptly be referred to as the creme of the CRAP.

What is to expect of Mikey, his congressional seat was bestowed by his mother’s Comelec and Supreme Court!

  12. psb, Okay lang na ipagpatuloy ni Pacquiao ang boxing niya, but when he decided to be a legislator, he has willfully relegated being a boxer as his primary role, to being a lawmaker first and foremost. Sure he can still practice and fight, but not while congress is in session. He must have his priorities checked.
