Former Police Officer Michael Ray Aquino is expected to be coming home soon. The mandate issued by the Court of Appeals (3rd circuit) is equivalent of the “writ of execution” in the Philippines.

The U.S. Court of Appeals has found probable cause for former Police Officer Michael Ray Aquino to be extradited to the Philippines to stand trial for the Dacer-Corbito double-murder case.
“Upon review of the record, we conclude that competent evidence supports the probable cause finding in this case,” according to a May 3 certified true copy of the court’s judgment affirming the ruling handed down by the District Court for New Jersey last Oct. 14.
“The certified judgment is issued in lieu of a formal mandate and is to be treated in all respects as a mandate,” according to the clerk of court.

Buti nga na extradite si Aquino kasi hindi alam ng US court ang maraming misteriosong anggulo sa double murder case na ito. Kasama si Ping, tapusin na ang kasong ito…pauwiin na tuloy kung saan man nagtatago si Dacer at Corbito. 🙂

Dapat lang na matapos na ang kasong ito, sobra ng matagal ?..masyado kasing “mapaglaro” ang hustisya sa Pinas,mahirap masukol-matapos ang mga kaso, lalo na mga sangkot ay malalaking Tao, ma-inpluwensya-at-masalapi !..Sayang ang panahon,na nawala at lalong sayang din sa mga nag-susubaybay, dahil naguguluhan sila, kung sino ang mali at tama…food for thoughts.
