    Ano yan, luka-luka?

Bush is a lame duck President. GMA is an ugly little duck. The two are meeting to sign last minute agreement favorable to the US before Bush leaves office. Most have to do with the US troops in Mindanao and other US business interest. Legally, agreement enters into between by two countries is binding after the two leaders leave office. The next government is obligated to comply with the agreement. That’s how I see it for the two’s meeting. In return, the US makes sure that GMA remains in office until 2010 (or beyond?).

  3. Apparently, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has ordered the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to open disaster relief donation accounts in some parts of the world for victims of typhoon “Frank.”

I am prepared to make a donation to a disaster relief account but not through the DFA or to any account put up by this walanghiyang gobiyerno — just can’t trust this govt ng mga sinungaling at magnanakaw.

If Malaya were to open such account, then I would rather course a donation through Malaya!

The worst calamity to have hit the Philippines, which the people continue to suffer as of the moment is GMA. Ever since she stole power from the duly-elected President, our nations problems, economic or political never seem to end.

I am hoping that one day that the calamity which is GMA be gone and our country can start anew…

I guess millions of Filipinos share this dream.

  5. J J

  6. J J

Speaking of Spratlys, I heard Arroyo will meet Bush on the same day the Vietnamese PM will meet him. And Arroyo’s visit comes only weeks after the US and the Philippines held naval exercises near the Spratlys.

Is Arroyo, Bush and the Vietnamese PM sending China a sort of a message?

Hardly an educated conclusion but worth pondering.

  7. bitchevil bitchevil

Of course the Spratlys will be on the agenda.

Listened to Gov. Ben Evardone of Eatern Samar being interviewed this afternoon at dzmm. He admitted to the anchors of the radio program that he is part of the entourage of GMA’s trip to the US. But he said that he decided to cancel his trip after learning that his province is in the path of typhoon Frank. I think E. Samar is one of the hardest hit by the typhoon.

The Bush gov’t. has labeled the Arroyo clique as kleptocrats. Now these kleptos are crawling around like ipis in Dubya’s kitchen.
The maritime disaster is in the headlines. Kahit na ipis ay mahihiyang lumantad sa liwanag … sot so with Gloria. She loves to bask in the glare of Dubya’s court as queen kleptocrat. I won’t be surprised if she presents outstretched hands for whatever reasons.

  10. Mike Mike

Grabe talaga.

  11. parasabayan parasabayan

Kung naka-charter plane lang si evil bitch, I would have wished that she and her entourage suffer the same fate as that of this sunken ship. Kaya lang kung nakasakay sila sa commercial plane, I would not wish that on our kababayans. Mahirap talagang mamatay ang masamang damo!

  12. parasabayan parasabayan

Add on: masasamang damo dahil 59 sila!

  13. Etnad Etnad

Mike, naniniwala ka naman sa Tutang yan?????? Sipsip ten-U yang Evardone na yan.

  14. Mike Mike

  15. bitchevil bitchevil

Miriam Santiago is from Iloilo. Even if the entire Iloilo Province sinks, she will be with GMA in the US. The Pidals are from Negros. The coming Pacquiao fight is more important.

  16. Valdemar Valdemar

PGMA seems to associate the control she has in her whimsical panic of not allowing OFWs to leave if for Iraq. But to hold a ship to leave per se a port going to a place of troubled waters, well, we are curtailing the common sense of business, of the masters, of the people, of the authorities. That would contravene maritime trade policies. It defies sanity. It defiles maritime customs and traditions. In short, its ignorance. The master can steer his ship well on a safe course minimising delays and economical havocs. Why do we have people like GMA in our midst? You voted voted for her.

  17. Magtitili siya, no pansin pa rin siya. Buti pa nga si Richard Gordon, may publicity dahil sa ginagawa niya for the Red Cross.

  18. bitchevil bitchevil

Dick Gordon was supposed to join GMA’s trip. His media publicity is more important for 2010 than this US trip.

  22. martina martina

Negroponte handed $100,000 to Arroyo as donation for the typhoon Frank victims.

  23. Re: Bruha being hands on or not cutting her trip short…

Alam mo Ellen, as far as I’m concerned, I don’t give a damn whether she’s hands on or not. I’d rather she stayed in the US for good and didn’t come back home. Good riddance!

Who needs the Bruha’s stubby lil fingers meddling in the affairs of the nation?

It would do the Philippines well if she didn’t return at all for all I care!

All Filipinos should send her a message not to return anymore! Let her stay with Dubya and they can quack quack to their hearts’ content in America.

  24. bitchevil bitchevil

Cocoy, everyone knows that GMA has long been insisting to meet Bush. So, she had no choice but to make the trip as a state visit all paid by RP government. One reason why there was such a huge number of solons going with her is because most are watching the Pacquiao-Diaz fight. If these politicians allied to the evil woman truly care about the people, they must return to the country ASAP…but I bet you they won’t.

  25. bitchevil bitchevil

Correction: Working visit not state visit. As for the $100,000 donation, that’s not even enough to buy a small condo unit in the US. What’s $100,000 compared to millions of dollars America spends daily in Iraq?

  26. Re Gloria’s expenses, read angela stuart-santiago’s post http://www.stuartsantiago.com/?p=144 ““mahal” na pangulo” (based on Ducky Paredes’ Malaya article.)

…for her foreign (P585.5 million) and domestic (P34.1 million) travels, according to the Commission on Audit (COA)’s report on the 2007 financial transactions of Malacañang. This means an average of P49.04 million per month on foreign travel and P2.84 million on local travel!

  27. bitchevil,

  30. bitchevil bitchevil

I’ve a strong feeling that Pacquiao would lose this time in exchange for huge amount of money from the gambling syndicate.

She seems to think that by insisting on knowing why the ship was allowed to sail she could establish three things:
    1. She cares enough to find out
    2. She is on top of the situation and in command
    3. She doesn’t have to come home because she is handling it.
The length and breadth of her kleptocracy has already established that she doesnt care about anyone outside of her own skin, she has never been in command except for the amount of money she has control over, and she can’t handle it. But its okay by me if she doesn’t come home at all.

  32. bitchevil bitchevil

GMA’s working style is that of hands-on and micro manage. She
also micro managed the ZTE deal.

  33. The Arizona senator proposed a $300 million prize for whoever can develop a better automobile battery, and $5,000 tax credits for consumers who buy new zero-emission vehicles. The latest proposal is in addition to his support for overturning the federal ban on offshore oil drilling.

So Far three countries are interested with Mc Cain challenge.

    The Chinese Bid $100 million.
    The Japanese Bid $150 million
The short woman from the Philippines Bid $500 million.

The senator told the woman it is so ridiculous for $500 million because he is only offering $300 million.

The short woman answered, of course it is very expensive because I want to the job done right. Two head are better than one, I ’m going to hire the Chinese and the Japanese for $250 million. I give you $50 million and I am going to spend $200 million for consultation fee..I’m going to buy EVEREADY.

Why don’t they provide the list of those politicians who are with GMA in the US for the benefit of the public? 59 is not a long list to name.

  35. Off topic, Ellen,
Do you have any idea who this Tsinoy couple, who paid the P15M of Ces’ ransom, is?

  36. bitchevil bitchevil

They could be one of the Taipans. My guess is they could be drug or smuggling lords. P15M is nothing if they make hundreds of millions illegally. That’s why they refuse to be identified.

  37. Mr.Speaker:

There is no compelling reason for you and your 58 colleagues/congressmen to remain in the Gloria Arroyo presidential junket in the USA while your respective constituents are suffering from the effects of Typhoon Fengshen (or Frank).

Speaker, you promised a “New Responsive House of the People” when you assumed the speakership.Prove it now!

Come home NOW together with your 58 colleagues and respond to the needs of the times.

I know that you want to watch the Manny Pacquiao game against Diaz on Saturday at Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay.

But even Manny Pacquiao will understand and appreciate your sacrifice if you miss the game and come home together with Congressman Fuentebella, Chairman of the House Committee on Transportation (who should investigate the MV Princess of the Stars Tragedy),Congressman Exequiel Javier of Antique( his area was badly damaged by the typhoon) and the other honorable congressmen representing typhoon -damaged areas.

Speaker, lead the way for the New Responsive House of the People.

    bitchevil,
whats it for us to know who are those 59 more or less politicians. Mga ganid mga yon. They always get away with anything in the first place. They wont even want us to know who they are. Parang mga bloggers na rin. I am more interested in who went with them. Those who did not suffer under Frank’s wrath. Always protected with corrupted funds, pampered with love and tender loins. Its easy to find out, though, just look at the manifests. Of course the trimedia wont do that. They love to hang us in intrigues and suspense to sell their wares. Behind every fortune is a crime, sabi nga nila.

  39. Gabriela Gabriela

I heard Anthony Taberna and Gerry Baja in DZMM say that they tried to get the list of the congressmen junketeers but it’s being kept a secret.

What I know is Iloilo Congressman Arthur Defensor is with her.Remember Defensor was a JDV loyalist but when De Venecia’s ship tilted, Defensor jumped ship fast. Now, while his province is under water, he is enjoying enjoying San Francisco, Washington D.C. and New York.

Another one from Iloilo, Sen. Miriam Santiago, is with Arroyo. News reports said Arroyo is going to host a dinner for UN representtives from other countries to campaign for Santiago’s election to the international court of justice.

All these, while Ilonggos are devastated.

  40. Gabriela Gabriela

If and when Barack Obama meets with Gloria Arroyo, i hope he tells her, “Why are you here? Shouldn’t you be with your suffering people?”

  41. Expected Malacanang Palace Press Release After the Pacquiao Fight This Coming Saturday

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and the whole presidential party in the U.S. expressed jubilation over Manny Pacquiao’s boxing victory against Diaz in Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay.

Mrs Arroyo was quoted as saying that Pacquiao will serve as an inspiration to our countrymen who suffered from the adverse effects of typhoon “Frank” . She said Pacquiao was the “embodiment of every poor Filipino’s aspiration of rising from the rut.”

Mrs Arroyo said Pacman also symbolized “those who have emerged victorious in their struggles against the cruelty of nature and man”.

Speaker Nograles and his 58 congressmen were also among the spectators who joined the First Gentleman , his brother and other presidential in-laws in watching the boxing fight in Las Vegas.

The Speaker justified their stay in the United States despite the desperate situation in the provinces due to the recent typhoon.

“The fighting faith of Manny Pacquiao is the fighting faith of the Filipino – the dream of victory after victory in the firmament of world competition. We must keep up the fight and win in all fronts – in physical prowess, in the excellence of our skills, in the will to overcome the foes of poverty and injustice and the force of nature,” said Speaker Nograles in a statement.

He said Pacquiao “stands for the many dreams of every Filipino in the ring of life and the arena of the future. We had to be with him to give him moral support in this very critical fight.I am sure our people understood why we we all had to stay behind in the U.S.”

  42. Mike Mike

    The Equalizer,

Paano yun kung natalo si Pacman? Not that that I’m wishing he will lose the fight. What IF lang? Ano kaya ang magiging press release nila? 🙂
Pero one thing for sure that if PAcamn loses it, iisa ang sigaw ng mga taong bayan:

“Sinong may balat sa puwet?” 🙂

  43. Isaac H Isaac H

Sorry, better luck next time.

Its is with sadness that our country today has yet suffered another blow with the lost of our boxing hero to Mr. Diaz, We were hoping that our visit to the United States and watching the boxing match live and at ring side would inspire our boxing champ to win the fight against Diaz. But unfortunately, despite our presence, it did not happen. Now, as we will be going home after our visit, there is another great task that we must face. We must recover not only the bodies of those who died in the sea tragedy but we must also recover our faces and the millions of money we lost in the bet. I have task my hubby to collect commisions from our official entourage who have betted for Diaz. Someone have tipped me off that these ungrateful scumbugs have rooted for Diaz and have won millions of dollars each. These traitors did not share to us info that Pacman will lose the fight, have they told us so, we would have betted for Diaz. Thank you and God bless America. – PGMA

  50. sioktong sioktong

Knives, I am the one that posted about the Martial Law. Look up on the thread with the title “Mindanao simmers again”. I gave it before the end of Pres. Bush term and if that did not happen then before the end of tiyanak pidal’s illegitimate occupancy of Malacañang. It is not over till it’s over.

    sioktong Says:
    June 2nd, 2008 at 1:57 am

Why President George Bush was forced to have tiyanak pidal at the White House? As I said before this has something to do with those several mini US bases scattered around and inside Mindanao. Is that all there is to it?

Is tiyanak pidal going there to personally convey to Pres. Bush that she is going to declare martial law, a la Marcos, and asking for his support? In exchange for his support that tiyanak pidal will guarantee the existence of several US mini bases in Mindanao. During Marcos time the United States implicitly supported Marcos despite the evidences of human rights abuses as long as US interests are protected, i.e. US milary bases in RP.

If tiyanak pidal gets the nod of Pres. Bush then she has to declare martial law before his term ends on January 20, 2009. If it is so then expect more staged bombings in Mindanao and maybe one staged bomb blast in Luzon to justify martial law.

    shoktong…..

  51. sioktong sioktong

By the way, knives, the first time I mentioned that there will be no 2010 election by doing a la Marcos style of Martial Law was on a thread entitled “Gen. Miranda recalled back to Isafp midnight”.

    sioktong Says:
    May 27th, 2008 at 12:53 pm

I don’t understand why a lot of people are still thinking that there will be an election on 2010?

Gloria came to power through coup d’etat and stealing the presidential election of 2004 with the connivance of military and commission of election. She never followed the rule of law. She controls the military and the Supreme Court. Those reasons should be enough for the people to conclude that there will be no election on 2010.

She stole the presidential power twice. Who or what will stop her to do it the third time by doing a la Marcos. I don’t see anything right now that will stop her.

President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo thanks the US government for extending emergency assistance to victims of typhoon “Frank” (international codename: Fengshen) that ravaged the Visayas and parts of Luzon over the weekend. On behalf of US President George W. Bush, Deputy Secretary of State John Negroponte expressed condolences to the families of the victims when they met in Washington D.C. Monday.”

I told you so. But wait, where’s Dubya. Mukhang hindi nagpakita a. Si Koizumi noon pinasundo pa sa Canada on the way to the Bush ranch via Graceland. Ingitera talaga ang ungas!

  55. Anna in an earlier post reported on the price of Gloria’s junket. A Japanese friend told me it is in the Internet that the Dorobo is 11M dollars richer than in 2001. Tanong, papaano niya kinita ang 11M dollars na iyan with a mere salary of 37,000 pesos a year as president of the Philippines kahit nakaw?

Tongue, do you know the URL where we can find the amount of the loots of this Pidal family that the 59 crooks in her US entourage would want to have a share of? nakalimutan ko tuloy ang itatanong ko..before a ship leaves the port..iniinspection ba ang sea worthiness? hindi pa rin pala nagbabago ang pagsakay ng mga pasajero..kasi noong araw ang mga first class with/without cabin ay ticketed at bilang..pero yong nasa third class ay sasakay na lang at doon sa barko na bibii ng ticket kaya the purser has no count of the true number of passengers..kaya sobra sobra ang sakay..not counting mga baboy, manok, etc.kasi kung lumalakad na ang barko at doon na sa loob bibili ng ticket paano kung sobra na ang laman..na sa laot ka na..paano pababalikin?
..Ang sabi nga things happen for a reason..God allows it for a reason and for the best reason..His will be done! and this is a wake up call for all of us..who knows magising na si putot at tataas na kahit pahagya..

  59. Journalists in the Philippines, activists, and ordinary citizens should make sure the collections for the Frank victims the Dorobo accumulates during her visit to the US of A are well accounted for. Iyon ngang contribution noong ng Coke for education nawala na, ni hindi nakarating sa Dept. of Education I am told. Dapat diyan inaabangan ang sako-sakong donations na nililipat doon sa private foundations ng mga magnanakaw with offices in that LTC building ba iyon? Tindi din ano? Pati donations for various calamity victims kinukurakot!

  61. Best thing Filipinos should do is boycott all parties, receptions, etc. being tendered by the Philippine diplomatic mission now dominated by the creep’s appointees. Filipinos should show their disgust and indignation by not attending those parties, etc. as a matter of fact. Dapat nang ipahiya ang pekeng panggulong iyan. She should be pulled down from her high horse.

Hoy Gagong George Bush, nasaan na yung policy mo against kleptocrats?

  63. In English,

Hey, George Bush, you moron. What’s with your announced policy against kleptocrats? Order your Federal Agents to arrest them NOW, all 60+ of them! It’s about time you salvaged whatever’s left of your reputation.

Or are you really a lame duck?

  64. Yuko says “She should be pulled down from her high horse.”

Hah! Anong high horse?

  65. bitchevil bitchevil

The horse (not very high) is her son Mickey. She should be pulled down from her high elephant (Mike).

  66. Si Dubya, serious ang mukha, pero si pandak, ngiting aso from one cheek to another cheek, pero bakit walang CNN photo-op. Buti pa iyong president ng Iraq, napa-TV. Si unano hindi pinansin! Gustung-gusto pa namang i-promote ang sarili. OK ngarud iyong editorial ng Malaya! Self-promotion ni ‘Nanong buri mo useless! Hahahahahahahaha! 😛 Buti nga sa kaniya!

  67. Totoo ba iyan, Tongue? The 59 burots are being lured by realtors in the US to buy properties in the US so they can easily get asylum there in case the creep is removed and they all fall down with her like those domino chips. I’m not buying any property there now. Naloko na ako once although the other Filipino realtor who sold me a property in Mexico was fairly honest and good—babae, very caring!

  68. Anna,

You mean to say, pandak din iyong kabayo ni ‘Nanong buri mo?

  69. grizzy,

Kapal ninyo, mga put tongue in anew!

  70. bitchevil bitchevil

Even when the housing cost was high, many of the government officials and politicians already purchased and owned properties in the US. The $5M building in Bush Street, San Francisco is still owned by the Arroyos with the same caretaker named Roger Valera alias Ondee.

  71. Not it is not perfect timing. Oh yeah? Ang kapal talaga ng mukha! Masarap tapyasin ng pangdurog ng mga rocks.

Cocoy, PAL Mabuhay Miles is informing passengers in North America (including Canada) that PAL will only accept 2 pieces 50 lbs or 23 kilos each hold baggages starting July 1. Sa pag-uwi ko sa Iloilo, I will take airline other than PAL and take PAL domestic services using my PAL unused airmiles from Manila to Iloilo. I will just pay my excess baggages and taxes. And, I can now stay longer in the Philippines because of the Philippine Citizenship Retention and Re-acquisition Act or Republic Act 9225. Kung may ticket ka sorry 2 50 lbs lang.
