The Evil Bitch has lots of money, tax payers’ money, at her disposal to make her enemies happy until 2010. Earnings from E-Vat, funds allocated for government projects and agencies, left over from previous anomalies, contributions from criminal syndicates and dirty businessmen are all in the hands of the Palace. Money, money, money…and yes, Money Pacquiao.

The only Leaders that give out money Like the way GMA and her Executive Secretary do are the Gangsters, which if they were a little high on something will Just toss them for their beneficiaries to scramble for. They are not very dissimilar.

Mass herding and payola are not new under the corrupt Arroyo regime. Bishops, business leaders, tongressmen, governors and mayors flock to stinky Palace to get their loot share. Mercenary media men are paid to chronicle Malacanang spins and propaganda.

What is there to talk about when Gluerilla is the topic? – corruption, corruption a zillion times over!

Here’s a very talented singer but wasn’t good enough to the local Filipino showbiz coz she’s not that pretty, short and other condescending showbiz media remarks makes of her. Hope she has the presence of mind to remember that and she stays in North America to make her mark. Goodluck to her!

Who’s that singer? Charise Pempengco? I hope she sings new or other songs…not the same songs over and over again.

    Vic,
Can she beat my friend’s aunt from Leyte who gives away $100 bills to the bellboys, etc

  8. FYI Just to prove that all these gift-giving by the Magnanakaw is all for getting support for her bid to stay in power until she dies and even after she dies.

Subject: Photos/Text: I-knock out si Gloria rally in Mendiola

More than 300 children shouted “i-Knock-out si Gloria!” to the question “Sagot sa Karahasan ni Gloria sa Bata?” This was on the occasion of a gathering of children at Mendiola yesterday, led by the Salinlahi Alliance for Children’s Concerns.

  9. One thing lamenting about the state of journalism in the Philippines is the fact that journalists there, except for a few, can be bought and they write articles that should not be read or believed in fact for they are just ads for their patrons, especially for those who can pay big. It’s pathetic.

I support crusading journalists like Ellen.

Yuck!

Sa totoo lang I don’t understand that kind of mentality.

Sabi nga sa Bible, “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Matt.16:26)

  11. florry florry

So Gloria will play Santa Claus go all over the country to give Christmas gifts to the members of the media and the people. That’s good even if it’s only for show, at least she will be sharing something which the people don’t get in the form of public service from the government. But everybody knows what’s cooking in her kitchen. The stink from her kitchen is too much and blowing all over that she has to do something to divert it or make it smell good. With all the resources at her disposal that’s no sweat. Her war room is an arsenal of Weapons of Mass Distraction and all she has to do is pick up one. And so that’s it.

Ultimately however the burden of decision and choice will be on the shoulders of all these people. If this one “nice” but deceitful and hypocritical gesture of the evil bitch will influence them and give her their support, then Filipinos will have to live to be called “mga uto-uto”.

  12. 1,000 Pesos? That’s about less than 20 Euros? Cost of a sandwich and a cup of coffee in roadside café here.

Ellen, did any of the reporters return the gift certificate?

  13. Ellen,

Sounds like proof to me that Dureza knows what makes a member of media tick, i.e., he’s been a more than willing recipient of Malacanang largesse (eeek!)

  14. I didn’t hear of any one returning the gift certificate.

  15. Instead of bribing the media who were there to do their job and wasting precious money from State coffers, this idiotic Gloria should have poured those gift certificates to feed the malnuorished children in the communities of Sta. Cruz Island, Sta. Catalina, Paniran Resettlement, Lower Calarian and Pitogo in Zamboanga City.

    From The Mindanao Examiner:

[…] Malnutrition has become a major concern of Silsilah, a multi-dialogue movement, headed by Fr. Sebastiano D’Ambra, PIME, for the communities of Sta. Cruz Island, Sta. Catalina, Paniran Resettlement, Lower Calarian and Pitogo in Zamboanga City, according to a press release.

Urgent action had to be taken in response to the alarming increase of malnourished children in these communities. A survey was conducted to identify severely malnourished children and a special feeding program was set-up.

Seventy seven children were enlisted in the program ranging from 3 to 60 months old.Twenty kids are from Sta. Cruz Island, 14 from Sta. Catalina, nine from Paniran, 20 from Lower Calarian, and 16 from Pitogo. […]

valdemar, my sister way back when chinese were not allowed to accept cash from tourists give a very courteous tourist guide who have been guiding her and my other siblings on tour a gold necklace for his wife. and I gave enough $$ to my very pleasant taxi driver my last visit for his denturs, because he loves to smile all the time.

  17. Ellen,

That’s why Gloria and her corrupt minions have no respect for many members of media.

Those who received the gift certificates and have not taken it upon themselves to repudiate the bribe (and the bribe giver) must not be surprised to learn that in reality, Gloria despises them because she knows she can buy them with a few miserable pesos.

Those reporters who received the gift certificates and did not return them must know that deep in their heart of hearts, there’s no such thing as a free lunch and effectively, those gift certificates were an attempt to corrupt them.

    I am aghast!

  18. A free and incorruptible press is virtually one of the last bastions of freedom in democracy in a nation. Members of the press who allow themselves to be corrupted, even symbolically, by Gloria lose the right to complain when one day, they find themselved muzzled by the same bribe giver.

Those who wilfully and gleefully allowed themselves to partake of this corruption at the Christmas party deserve the contempt of their fellow Filipinos.

Many may not agree with me; but I earlier said it would be a fixed fight. It was Dela Hoya who gave up.

Oca was in for the money. 83 punches out of 402 and his right hand wasn’t even a factor, he knows it’s broken – what a dud! Even the inept De Castro or Chavito Luisito could have floored dela Oya. Now Oca will chummy up with Pakyaw to promote his next fight, Mayweather or Hatton.

Beware of Pinoys whose mentality is that of a crab. They tend to hamper your success or progress.

It is annoying for them to say that Manny’s fight with Oscar was fixed and it was only for money. Such accusations should be proven, otherwise its dumb.

  28. Manny wins again!!! This is a great day for Filipinos, at least in one instance we put down all that divides us and be one in celebrating a victory of a fellow Filipino. Lets be happy with him and for a moment believe that “the Filipino can!”
A gem, though tarnished by corrupt hands will still shine, the Philippines, though tarnished by corrupt leaders will still shine through…

  29. ipaglaban_mo ipaglaban_mo

Wow congrats Manny! Now that he won, I have a strong feeling the fake president’s group will schedule a pacquiao victory parade on 12Dec. Same day as the anti-chacha protests.

I heard from people that went to MGM for the fight that chavit got booed when PacMan mentioned his name in the ring.

  30. bitchevil bitchevil

Remember when Pacquiao rushed to Manila briefly reportedly to talk to his wife Jinkee? His wife didn’t want him to fight Dela Hoya. Why did she agree later? Because she was assured of a Pacquiao victory meaning the fight was fixed. Boxing like other sports has long been invaded by gambling syndicates. Las Vegas is a Mafia territory. Dela Hoya comes from Chicago where Mafia is still active. If Dela Hoya was knocked down or knocked out, it would have been a little more realistic. But, he seemed to hold punches in most of the rounds. Then, why did he refuse to fight in the 9th round? Dela Hoya received $20M and Pacquiao $6M despite his defeat. It didn’t include the pay-for-view shares and other commissions from the gamblers.

  31. bitchevil bitchevil

What does Pacquiao’s victory mean to the Filipino people and Malacanang? Filipino are very happy because of the pride in us. Malacanang is very happy because people’s anger would at least be reduced for a few days forgetting the Fertilizer scam, impeachment’s defeat, Cha-Cha for a while. And don’t be surprised if Pacquiao’s return is on December 12 to neutralize the scheduled huge rally against Cha-Cha. All Malacanang has to do is to ask Pacquiao to delay his return and do it this Friday. If people go out to watch his victory parade, what happens to the anti-Cha Cha rally. The rallyists might join the celebration.

  32. BBC comment on the Pacquiao win: “Pacquiao believes he can run for the presidency and he just might win..”

    Ugh!

  33. vonjovi2 vonjovi2

Utak langgam talaga???? fixed daw???

    CONGRATULATION PAC-MAN..

  34. bitchevil bitchevil

Pacquiao is definitely running for Congress. He may get it this time. At least, we have a boxer in Congress. Malacanang needs him there to punch whoever opposes Malacanang.

  35. balweg balweg

Try his luck AdeBrux…Pinas is a free country and whoever wanted to run for public office, so be it!

Public service is a personal choice and conviction except kung may vested interest o gawing gatasan ang taong-Bayan?

Magaganda kasi made in London.

  37. balweg balweg

Last year nung matalo si Hatton.

Anybody working for Gloria Dorobo should not be idolized in fact. Yuck!

  41. Ipaglaban mo: I heard from people that went to MGM for the fight that chavit got booed when PacMan mentioned his name in the ring.
    *****

Anybody in league with the devil, kahit na nananalo, di dapat ipinagbubunyi. Para na ring pinuri ninyo ang demonyo!!!

  42. Magno,

Miss na miss ka namin. OK lang pasingit-singit.

Yuck!

  44. bitchevil bitchevil

Malacanang would once again take advantage of Manny’s victory to divert people’s attention these days of opposing the Cha-Cha and the coming rallies. Chavit Singson should not only been booed but shot in Las Vegas. Instead of attending to his responsibilities as Governor of Ilocos Sur and position as National Security Adviser, he follows Pacquiao whenever he goes…before, during and after the training. What kind of a public servant is he? What a fucklick servant !

  45. bitchevil bitchevil

There’s no report or accounting of how much if there was Manny contributed to the people from his earnings. What has been shown by the media was his mansion in GenSan and another large house given to his sister. Don’t you notice how Manny’s mother look these days? From an ugly prompdi, she now looks like an old matrona with a new hairdo anf expensive clothes. I don’t mean to ridicule or insult Manny’s family members; but I still have to see where he donates some of his earnings? What I know is that Manny spends much of his earnings on cockfighting and casinos.

  46. tru blue tru blue

Crab mentality? You don’t agree that Jueteng has always been fixed?? Prove also it was a straight fight. Oca sucked up his Mexican Pride for 20million or so and a bruised face. Why not? He’s already washed out. Big dollars were involved here!

Nakinig ulit ang Diyos ke Aling Dionisia. During all Manny’s loses God was aslept but during his victories God intensely listened to Aling Dionisia’s prayers. Way to go!

  47. bitchevil bitchevil

Manny’s wife Jinkee’s fear and mother’s prayer were all fake. They knew the outcome.

  50. rose,
Ellen will most likely decline or not accept it as a reflex response (without batting an eyelash), but if she asks me the moment its offered to her, I’d force her to take it or better yet take it for her and give it to her favorite charity…then again, she’ll probably never forgive me.
