Jeanne sat with her 2-month-old baby at a fastfood restaurant in a mall in Caloocan City, looking like a regular customer. In reality, she was there to make a sale, and waiting for a client to pick up the merchandise.

The client walked in, approached her and forked over P1,250. Jeanne then handed over a small plastic bag containing the merchandise the client ordered from her through a website.

As the customer was checking the contents, Jeanne nervously begged that the bag be opened discreetly. Moments later, the customer walked away, satisfied the goods were in order: Five tablets of Pfizer’s Cytotec purchased for a younger sister who had gotten herself pregnant.

taking medication without prescription or seeing a doctor or pharmacist is a gamble and a very risky gamble that sometimes will result in organs failure and worse…Abortion Procedure if legal is even cheaper..the average cost as perform in clinics is around $500 and in Hospital double that amount…(due to nurses and support staff)but of course that is tax funded in our case and since all support for reproductive health all legal now, the rate of abortion as reported is averaging 100000 a year which is still by ratio lower than the 500000 estimate in the Philippines 800 victims as result.

so what is the hypocrisy beyond this? why not make the choice available to all women with the government support? In the end it will be cheaper and good for the motherhood.
