With Duterte, the Filipino people are also in perpetual pain

President Duterte showed up in Cebu last Tuesday at the conference of the League of municipalities Visayas island cluster walking and as usual, blustering, effectively squelching rumors that he was gravely ill and in coma, as shared by Netherlands-based Communist Party of the Philippines founding Chairman Jose Maria Sison.

Duterte was in his element blasting at Sison: “Comatose-comatose ka diyan. “

He said he is pushing his trip to Israel next month and threatened to slap Sison if he saw the CPP leader.
He said: “Ah sige, tingnan natin. Pag magpunta ako diyan, turista lang. Galing ako Israel. Tignan natin kung sinong — comatose. Hindi ka naman lalaki. You are not a man. Wala ka na. You are spent, you cannot… You are talking nonsense. “

He also said: “Pag nakita kita sa impyerno, p***** i** mo, sampalin kita. Really. Don’t expect to go to heaven. Pero pag nagkita tayo isang kanto sa impyerno… Totoo ‘yan ‘no, pag hindi kita sinampal… “

Sison called Duterte “butangero” in a Skype interview with ABS-CBN News: “This is a coward who has gotten to power and he doesn’t know how to handle that power… You have a butangero in power for the first time in Philippine history,”

In that speech with Visayas mayors, Duterte shared what ails him saying he feels dizzy when he flies. “Ngayon hindi ko na kaya talaga mag-lipad, nahihilo na ako. “

He attributes it to a spinal injury he suffered from a motorcycle accident many years ago.

He has related it to a different audience several times in the past and he repeated it again Tuesday: “Eh because ‘yung sa disgrasya ng motor. I have a C4 and C7 na nag-impinge. That’s why I am in perpetual pain. On the — on any day, it’s 7 in a scale of 10.”

He said his doctor has refused to give him painkiller. He said before he was taking fentanyl. “ Eh ayaw na ng doktor na sige ng painkiller, sabi niya, ‘You better come to terms with your body.’”

He said his companion, Honeylet, who is a nurse does not want him to undergo spinal surgery. “So ano na ako ‘yung threshold ko sa pain medyo nagtabla-tabla na. I do not… Ayaw na ng asawa ko kasi nurse. Ayaw rin niya akong paoperahan kasi OFW ‘yung asawa ko, nurse, marami siyang nakita na operations like that, procedures going awry. Mali-mali ba. Now you can never know. ‘Pag may naputol diyan na… ‘Sus kung ‘yun na — C7, kung ‘yun ang maputol, isang nerve doon, putulin mo ‘yung release ng train niya. Eh naka-parking na lang ‘yung train doon sa ano, wala na, di na mag-biyahe. It’s all brain eh. “

Other doctors, he said, have also said the same: “Iyan ang panakot ng ibang doktor. ‘Sige, sige.’ sabi niya, ‘Pag na-disgrasya ‘yan, there are so many nerves there. ‘Pag naputol ‘yan, goodbye ka.’”

That’s why the Filipino people are also in perpetual pain.

You’re absolutely correct! We are in perpetual and searing pain with the damage that Duterte is doing to the nation. The sad part is when he dies, his pain will be gone, but not for the rest of us. His legacy will continue beyond his grave, to the detriment of the Philippines.

fentanyl was stopped siguro dahil addictive kaayo yang fentanyl, top class pain killer pan naman yan at last line na. digong would have to be weaned and eased sa ibang klaseng pain management, namely surgical procedure.

maybe if local arbularyo does the procedure siguradong papanaw si digong, lalo na if arbularyo uses old and rusty medical implements from last century, his knowledge of human anatomy suspect. but, if procedure is done by medical experts who have done years of study in top medical universities, followed by years of practice doing medical procedures in top hospitals with all modcons and state of the art facilities, assisted by team of health professionals, anesthetists, cardiologists, nurses and other allied health personnel, the likely outcome is good to better. many patients have successful operations and live better lives.

appears to me, duterte and his partner have not done their homework well, lol! maybe, they have not seen the insides of modern hospitals, meet experts in their fields of study, and talk to patients who have undergone successful operations.

at kung talagang nurse ang partner ni digong, she would know what to do with air sickness, motion sickness o kaya travel sickness and digong need not suffer dizziness.

not good to take meds that make you sleepy o drowsy on board sa eroplano dahil kung may emergency o crash, you should be able to get up and go and save yourself, not sleeping and unable to do anything. meds that are non-drowsy are preferable.
