May anim na raw na mukhang sigurado sa tiket ng administrasyon. Sila ay sina Mike Defensor, Prospero Pichay, Chavit Singson, Edu Manzano, Miguel Zubiri at Gina de Venecia.
Kung sabagay itong si Gina, mas mabuti namang di hamak kaysa kanyang asawang si Joe de Venecia. Si Gina ay grasyosa, mabait at talagang matulungin. Ang problema niya ang image ng pagka-trapo na pinairal ng asawa niya at nakakabit ang tiket niya sa mabahong pangalan ni Gloria Arroyo.
Sumang-ayon sa akin ang Uniffors, isang patagong organisasyon ng mga empleyado sa Department of Foreign Affairs, na dapat tumakbong senador si Chavit Singson. May dinagdag pa sila na mga pangalan na dapat rin tumakbo. Sabi nila dpat na mga angkan Arroyo ay tumakbo para senador katulad nina Mikey Arroyo, Iggy Arroyo, Dato Arroyo, Marilou Arroyo Jacinto Lesaca (sister of Iggy and Mike), at Buboy Macapagal.

At the Luneta a few weeks ago, the Catholic prelates, evangelists, representatives of all sectors of society, from the rich to the poorest, shouted against against the blatant attempts to rape our democratic Constitution, the attendees were priests and preachers, nuns, politicians, senators, congressmen and other opposition figures, such as the former members of Ms Arroyo’s cabinet ‘The Hyatt Ten’ , businessmen, students and gurus from academe, and the long-suffering people, the masses.
The voice of the people is the voice of god, and it would do good for everybody in this country, whatever their politics are, to recognize that Mrs Arroyo and her political minions and her congressmen lawbreakers should be told loud and clear, to their faces up front that the genuine people who outnumber her few lawbreakers and supporters, want them, expect them, to resign their posts. If not resign they will be ostracized by the masses together with Ms Arroyo and her senatorial line-up for May 14 2007 elections.
Enough is enough and these evil people must be defeated, and defeated big time, to bring this country back to morality and within the rule of law in order to grow.
Let us remember that it was not just Manila where the demonstration of the people where but also in other key cities all over the nation, from Makati, Baguio, Dagupan, Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro, to Davao. All of them, like those at the Luneta in Manila. In particular Ms Arroyo, along with her House Speaker and their callous sycophants (congressmen and the like) were told in no uncertain terms not to attempt to tamper and flout the sacred Charter by ignoring the rule of law. It was a united action which visibly shook Mrs Arroyo, so much so that she did a complete about turn.
Likewise the masses have had enough with the rigging of elections, the raiding of the national treasury, poverty and no real plans for environmental action.
The use of dirty tactics to perpetuate themselves in power already started last Monday, day one.
Did they reform the electoral system and restore its trustworthiness, starting with a thorough revamp of the Commission on Elections (Comelec), to make the May 14th 2007 elections truly credible, of course not because they want to cheat the public and their vote at every turn.
If Mrs Arroyo was wise she would step down now, because all people, all the masses are already watching very close to the moves of Comelec, AFP, PNPl and local officials. This time around we don’t need Mrs Arroyo and her cover-up cronies to admit to the Truth, the masses will be ready to tell her the Truth.
This past 12 months Mrs Arroyo has been totally trashed by the Supreme Court for its various attempts to evade the rule of law. But it was when the public awoke to the constant attacks on the rule of law that the masses started to rise and only then they, Ms Arroyo and her cover-up cronies in congress were compelled to stop, Why! Because the truth is Ms Arroyo is afraid to see the masses willing to demonstrate against her, she would rather place AFP & PNP roadblocks into Manila to stop demonstrators entering, to continue to bury her head in the sand.

I read earlier about a third party being created to field in candidates who do not wish to be affiliated with Tiyanak or Erap. What is interesting is that those who will be in the ticket are the heavy weights in the polls and are known to be able to work with the tiyanak when the time comes. I predicted this in a previous blog. This will be called the Balimbing Party! These candidates are Tiyanak’s next victims. A lot of money will be lining up their pockets, eventually. Careful voters! There are traps all over Tiyanak’s kingdom! Iba na talaga ang may perang gagamitin (most of it is pera ng bayan). Gee, which way will we have to go to pick the right people. Maybe there should be a background check of all the canditates for public office. Any hint of misdemeanor or impropriety earlier in ones political career should disqualify him from running for higher positions.
In more advanced countries, there are spies all over in the political world. This is why the crooks are caught very early on. Sa bansa natin, aakyat muna sa taas bago madiskubre na rotten pala. On the other hand, is Banayo confessing now about how the Lacson and Roco groups were able to mess up the chances of the Opposition to defeat the Great Switik in the last election? This is not to disparage nor impugn the motives of voters, but there seem to be idolatry of candidates for elective position, idolizing candidates virtually putting them up on pedestals. It does not matter that the candidate reeks of corruption or has a track record of looting the treasury. The voters are somehow beholden to this personality as if he were a saint with a halo. Can this attitude of voters be attributed to dismal lack of esteem coming from a culture of lack and therefore any candidate is looked up to as a source of money to buy votes?
