A Makati court hearing the multimillion peso class action suit filed by a group of journalists against First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo yesterday ordered the plaintiffs to appear before the court and submit a manifestation on whether they intend to pursue their case or not.
“The plaintiffs in this case are directed to submit a written manifestation as to whether they intend or not, indeed all of them are inclined to pursue this case,” said the order signed by Makati regional trial court branch 143 Judge Zenaida Galapate-Laguilles.
